"3 years later we returned to this restaurant, in the meantime the Covid went there and I was a little apprehension of not finding the same satisfaction as 3 years ago. We are very happy when we enter the tavern, we are very well received and guided to our reserved table. The service is tremendously mastered, and our all different dishes are of great quality, our taste buds are enchanted. We had a very good time, everything was perfect, I wouldn't wait three years to come back to the tavern. Don't change anything!"

"Une belle cuisine de brasserie gastronomique, termes plus valorisant et clair que celui marketing de bistronomique. Brasserie car le service est rapide, efficace et professionnel, la carte bien construite pour séduire le client, y compris avec de jolis plats canailles habilement renouvelés au gré des saisons, et permettre une bonne organisation en cuisine. Une clientèle très variée, familles, amis, professionnels, des animations régulières, et le dynamisme de l'équipe contribuent à créer dans cet établissement une ambiance particulière et attachante. Gastronomique car la cuisine y est faite avec ce savoir faire là, qui adapté à une cuisine moins sophistiquée permet de servir au client de belles assiettes aux cuissons toujours justes, aux assemblages de saveurs gustativement très intéressants dans un esprit de généreuse gourmandise. Une jolie cave, un excellent pain, des accompagnements variés, y compris des légumes parfaitement cuisinés. Bon s'il fallait trouver absolument un point d'amélioration à signaler, travailler sur la réalisation des frites en creusant la piste du choix des pommes de terre pourrait être une bonne idée. Cet établissement très bien situé avec un parking pratique constitue une étape qu'il ne faut pas louper, car une fois goutés le poulpe, la poitrine de cochon, la blanquette, le cassoulet et bien d'autres plats il est quasi impossible de ne pas y revenir !"

"welcome. room ( junior suite) with dark colors whose decoration would gain to be reviewed. mini bar....empty!???? one bathrobe for two, pillow tachė, on the other hand excellent bedding and good soundproofing of the rooms.Bathroom clean and functional, the showerhead would need to be changed, opening faucet of the leap much too difficult. We have dinner at the restaurant. The service should be more careful: no presentation of the different dishes that are put in front of you without explanation, difficulty also to attract the attention of the waiters who do not care to ask you if everything is well....On the other hand, the cooking of the meat is perfect that you ask for a blue meat or to point . the torched apple pie was not it! moreover, it was absolutely not smelling the taste of Calvados.... a lot of cakes and an apple pie, but little choice for bread is a shame. The strengths of this hotel are therefore the calm, the bedding and its location close to the wheel. I think it's a very good 3-star but surely not a 4."
