Please update your online menu!!! Can’t order food that’s on your menu because you no longer do it so makes it very tricky to order when not in person!!!!! Super disappointed about not having the steak salad

I ordered dinner for my son who had football practice, food was suppose to be delivered at 7:05. After not arriving by 7:25, I called and I was told it had not left the restaurant. I mentioned my son had practice and was on a schedule. The manager was rude in the background and by the time the food arrived at 8 my son with not home to eat. We went there for lunch today ate 3 different slices of pizza. A margherita, a cheese scilian a chicken slice. Their pizza is the best I've had around here. And the service was absolutely wonderful. Staff was friendly happy made us feel like family! The atmosphere inside the restaurant was also very nice. We also bought 2 jars of their sauce- the red sauce the vodka sauce. We used the red sauce in a sausage pepper onion dish Tonite for dinner it was incredible.

This used to be my favorite Italian restaurant in the Syracuse area. I hadn't been there in over a year. I wanted to treat myself to a nice dinner so I drove up. Wasn't impressed when I ate here many years ago. Decided to give them another chance and order take out about a month ago after hearing good things and I wasn't impressed at all. The best thing I ate was the side salad. The garlic knots were very heavy and I could only eat one bite. The calamari was bland with no flavor.
