"I've been to this café three times now, and each visit has been fantastic. On my first visit, I ordered a Crab Melt bagel and a Turkey Focaccia sandwich with cranberry pecan spread online, both of which I absolutely adore. I like to add tomato to my crab melt on an asiago bagel; it really enhances the flavor. For the turkey sandwich, I also like to add sprouts along with the other toppings, and it's delicious! After I got home, I put a thin slice of Swiss cheese on the turkey sandwich, and that really took the flavors to the next level. The staff is very friendly, and I think I’ve chatted with the owner on my last two visits—he seems really nice. I will definitely be coming back, probably several times a week!"

They have the best everything bagels I've ever had. I also love their jalapeño cream cheese!

This restaurant was fantastic! They generously spread cream cheese on their bagels, and the bagels themselves are delicious. The crab dip bagel is amazing; you can really taste the freshness and quality of the real crab! I would definitely come back!

I frequent this restaurant because their freshly made bagels are truly delightful. While they offer a range of sweet options, I consistently choose a ham bagel sandwich to kick off my day. The staff is friendly, and the food is fantastic. @delmarvalicious Ver carta

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. We ordered four bagels, and each of us enjoyed them. We also had the chance to chat with the owners, who were incredibly friendly. The picture shows an Asiago bagel topped with spinach artichoke cream cheese.

The bagels are just mediocre. They're a bit smaller than the NY/NJ bagels I'm accustomed to. The selection is decent, and the menu features sandwiches and other lunch choices. I found the prices to be higher than anticipated. I plan to look for other options in the area, but it's not a bad spot if you're in need of a quick breakfast.

As someone from London, my all-time favorite food in the States is bagels, and I can confidently say that you won't find a better bagel than at Bagel Bakery. The people and the food are both outstanding. The crab dip bagel and the asiago bagel are absolutely to die for! Beyond the incredible food, the sense of community here is unparalleled. There's no place where you'll feel as warm, welcomed, and satisfied as you will at Bagel Bakery. I highly recommend it! Ver carta

The bagels are fantastic, but the eggs, bacon, and other toppings could use improvement. The woman at the checkout is quite rude and unfriendly. It seems that the staff are treated poorly, which creates uncomfortable situations for customers—especially those who aren't Indian. This has been my experience. Also, this is the second time I've come at 7:15 AM and found no fresh bagels available. This review reflects my personal experiences and opinions, so no need to respond.

"Never have I ever spent over $1,000 at a place that treated me with such disrespect and distaste. If I could give this place zero stars, then I would. What started out as a beautiful night with Senior Staff at Livingstone College surprising my father for his birthday (we made reservations two weeks in advance) quickly turned out to be a nightmare. We ordered several appetizers, steak, ribeye, prime rib, lobster— just to name a few. We barely were able to enjoy our dessert after feeling rushed. It didn’t stop there, unfortunately. “Somehow” the lights were “accidentally” cut off while we were sitting in there. The owner claims a customer turned off the lights and he immediately turned them on. I can confirm that was one of many lies. As an Attorney, I noticed this was an immediate liability. If someone slipped and fell in the dark, I can guarantee this would be a different claim. However, it was interesting to me that the lights in the bar area where other patrons were seated at the bar having drinks remained on in the next room over. The owner claimed we stayed at the restaurant “well past an hour after closing” despite no one saying anything— even when we booked the reservation. I guess there’s no reason to say anything when your actions can be worth 1000 words. However, we began to get up IN THE DARK and head towards the front door. The lights did not come back on while we were inside the building. I know this because the owner— who never identified himself nor apologized, brought the card outside because we left it due to the darkness. After hearing one of the senior staff members called the owner today expressing her dissatisfaction, I was informed the owner hung up on her. In my attempt to express my dissatisfaction with the owner, he continued to gaslight me and tell me I was threatening him and harassing him with phone calls. He failed to acknowledge the situation and apologize. Instead, he immediately became defensive and said “what else do y’all want me to do?” I told him this was unacceptable, and he proceeded to tell me that calling him was unacceptable. I am disgusted by the service at this restaurant and the lack of accountability following the incident. I promised him as long as there is breath in my body I will never eat here. There are plenty of other steakhouses and places that will gladly allow you to spend $1,000+ and allow people to feel WELCOME. I wonder whether the story would be different if other College Presidents similarly situated and their families would be treated the same way. I don’t have to worry about my treatment or my loved ones treatment here because I can promise we will never return."
