"I called to place an order, but nobody answered. After waiting five minutes, I decided to go in, only to find the place completely empty. The woman at the counter kept me waiting for ten minutes while she was on the phone with the driver. I asked her for the phone number in case I had dialed it incorrectly, and she replied a bit snappily, "Well, that’s the number. Are you going to order now?" I was surprised by her response. I understand that bagel shops can get busy, especially on a Saturday, but this was frustrating. It seems they prefer online orders, and I've had issues with the phone number every time I’ve called. I seriously need to reconsider coming here. They either need to improve their service or hire more staff because she was the only one working. Also, charging $4.99 for a side of bacon with just four pieces is a bit much. No thanks."
