Excellent service that makes the journey worthwhile. The staff is efficient, friendly, and provides prompt service.

The service was incredibly slow. I had to wait more than 30 minutes before I was served, despite the restaurant not being busy.

Always loved Bahama breeze, bang bang fried shrimp was a little greasy and the breading was falling off. Ribs and paella were and are always fantastic. Def top 5 chains hands down. Cynthia from the Paramus, NJ location was our server. She was absolutely amazing. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. We will definitely request her on our next visit. When we tried to order drinks, the waiter informed us about their happy hour, mentioning that mojitos were $5.00. However, when the bill came, we were charged $9.99. When we expressed our concern, they apologized for the “confusion” but insisted we pay the higher price. As for the food, we ordered pasta with Alfredo sauce and shrimp, but when we requested Parmesan cheese, they told us they didn’t have any. For our appetizer, we tried shrimp with coconut, which turned out to be swimming in oil. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I definitely do not recommend this place. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was inviting. The delicious aroma of the food drew me right to the hostess stand, where I was seated immediately with a warm welcome. My server, Evelyn, was exceptionally polite, professional, and well-informed about the menu. She answered every question I had without hesitation. Throughout my meal, the ambiance remained delightful, with soft island music playing in the background. The decor contributed to a calming mood in the restaurant.
