"We were on the hunt for a lunch place and stumbled upon this hidden gem. It's a small storefront located on a side street (Kalakaua in Hilo). You place your order through a window and then head to the side tables to wait for your meal. We tried the Penang curry and a ginger sauce stir fry with ono fish, and it was love at first bite. The food was so authentic and delicious that it instantly transported us back to Bangkok. The portion sizes were generous—we probably should have shared an entrée, but we ended up finishing both! I highly recommend this spot for anyone craving genuine Thai cuisine."

Terrific food. Summer rolls were excellent-perhaps best I've ever had. We order Pad Thai and Yellow Curry Pineapple with chicken. Both very good. You walk up order with some outside seating. Top marks.

I’ve ordered numerous times and each time the food was fresh, tasty, and the portion size allowed for leftovers. I love the pad Thai, mixed vegetables with chicken, pumpkin curry with chicken, sticky rice.

I loved it!! The spice level is way better than a lot of other places I went to and was actually spicy. There were many vegetable in the Pad See Ew which we appreciated and the service was pretty quick. : Place is a little hard to find, we almost missed it, but glad we found it. We came in with low expectations and left with big smiles! ?

Not the most pleased with my experience.My tofu pad kaprao was pleasantly spicy as I requested, but I struggled to find much else going on with the flavor.The fairly scant portion for the price compared with the competition in town, and the lukewarm treatment I got at the window, did not help sell me on returning either.In my opinion there are several better (thai) options mere minutes away.
