Baoding - Carta

Best tasting Chinese food I’ve ever had! We ordered sesame chicken, chicken lo mein, veggie rolls, fried rice and white rice. Food was hot and fresh. I will definitely return when visiting Charlotte.

It’s our go-to place for some great Asian food! All the staff is super friendly and so professional! We always leave happy and very full! Our favorite is the crispy shredded beef ? shout-out to Micheal for always taking care of us

The food was outstanding, and the portions were quite generous. The restaurant was clean and well-cared for. I chose the sesame beef, which was delicious and had a wonderful crispy texture that I really appreciated. My wife ordered the Singapore noodles with shrimp and chicken. Ver carta

A Southpark area mainstay. Classic Chinese dishes in a more upscale setting. Very reasonably priced drinks from the full bar, but stick to the basics or the printed menu.The can accommodate larger parties.Lots of takeout and regular customers. Been coming here for years. Definitely thumbs up.

During our visit to Charlotte, we decided to stop by this restaurant for dinner. I had the BEST Moo Shu Pork I've ever tasted. My husband enjoyed his meal as well, which was a broccoli stir fry. Michael, our server, shared the history of the restaurant, described several dishes, and kept us thoroughly entertained throughout our visit. We absolutely loved this place, and I can't wait to come back soon!

I ordered the hibachi trio for $19, which included a side of vegetables. While the shrimp sauce was flavorful, the veggies were quite bland. Given the price, I expected something fresher than the frozen vegetables that tasted microwaved. It seemed like other diners had similar sides. I found it disappointing to see the staff looking overwhelmed and overworked, and I sincerely hope they are being fairly compensated for their hard work. Ver carta

Was on a date for Valentine's Day and the food tasted amazing The drinks good. Great portion sizes and everything but right as we finished paying I wanted to have some of my glass of water with the lemon in it and I looked In the glass and saw a baby cockroach in my water... they didn't even offer anything only apologized. I was sad cuz I really liked the food but now just scared about how sanitary it is.Hopefully they will get better over time. But that experience grossed me and my girl out from going for a while

I hadn't been to this restaurant in a few years, so I thought I would give it another chance. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The beef chow fun was bland, and the pork fried rice left much to be desired. I had requested the rice to be extra dark, but it was only a bit darker than plain white rice, and the pork reminded me more of boiled chicken. The general chicken was decent, and the chicken lo mein soup was somewhat enjoyable. I’m giving it 2 stars because the staff is friendly, and I know some of them personally. However, the kitchen definitely needs to improve.

I believe Baoding is the best Chinese restaurant in Charlotte. Their menu features a wide range of appetizers, stir-fry dishes, curries, noodles, and more. The food can be customized and is prepared with high-quality ingredients. The staff is very friendly and provides excellent service, always ensuring my drink is topped up. The dinner menu is more extensive than the lunch menu, with larger portion sizes for dinner as well. Baoding also offers some unique specialties and delicious moo shu dishes in the evening. Just be aware of their hours, as they close between lunch and dinner. Located near SouthPark, I highly recommend you give Baoding a try. I always bring my family here for a fantastic... Ver carta
