big, juicy golf oysters for 75 cents on Monday!! I also had the fish tacos during the Happy Hour and one of their famous cocktails. Em, the manager was nice.

What good luck to have stopped here for Sunday brunch while strolling the shops along Magazine street. Exceptionally smoky and meaty gumbo; a shrimp, ham, and chicken filled jambalaya; and a quiet calm interior with perfect service. I’ll be back.

The oysters were not well-prepared and were somewhat disappointing, which was unfortunate because everything else was fantastic. The crab beignets were scrumptious, and the jambalaya definitely made the trip worthwhile. The service was attentive but not overly intrusive. Ver carta

Cute little place the food was unique and they had fresh fish options which I liked. However, the service took a long time. We even noted a few tables that had come in after us who were served well before us. The food was lukewarm when we got it and my tuna steak was overcooked.

The service was top notch! Super friendly and attentive server and bartender. Especially for such a big group (12). The Hanukkah and Christmas drinks were great and strong! The chicken sandwich wasn’t that good, but the chicken and waffles, shrimp and grits, and a few other things were delicious!

Last meal of the trip and no complaints. Gets happy hour right in front of the Burlesque show. Boudin balls were delicious, seafood gumbo beautiful and rich and the Jambalaya... chefs kiss. Our waiter was super friendly and fast. Overall, if you are looking for good food on Friday's magazine street, this is. Ver carta

Stopped for a beer and dinner as had read great reviews. Well worth the stopdinner ‘Crawfish Pupusas’ Salvadoran Masa cakes stuffed w/ crawfish cheese Served with salsa Rojo Curtido and the amazing ‘Jambalaya Fumada’ Royal Red Shrimp, smoked Chicken, Andouille Sausage, served with w/ smoky broth garlic bread . Delicious and amazing flavors. Highly recommend this place . Really friendly team. Thanks for a lovely experience and hospitality.

Visited Basin for their participation in Coolinary Month and had a great experience. The service was exceptional friendly, welcoming, good suggestions, and checking in at good intervals. This is just my opinion, but considering the pricing, the food was not consistent. It all tasted good but some items just weren't as delicious as the others. My girlfriend stuck with the three course Coolinary menu and I decided to order from their regular menu. Everything she ordered was phenomenal but everything I ordered was okay. The blue crab beignets are definitely worth trying, though (there was a sample of it in my seafood platter)!

It was great. But before I go on, I spent a lot of time in other countries and appreciate vibe/company about speed. Was it super fast? No. But we didn't want to. I went over here when Christmas bought and really wanted to try. I invited some friends and we had a party of 6 on a Saturday afternoon. When we checked in, every table was full, but our reservation table was waiting. Yay! We didn't have our whole party at first, but we were told without sweat. Perfect. Two of our friends ran more than expected, but we got drinks and an app. What I loved: It seemed as if all servers took care of all tables to a certain degree. Four of us had groundless mimoses, and maybe we're not hardcore enough, b... Ver carta
