I had no negative experiences here 2 years ago. Perhaps there has been a change in management? I have been frequenting this restaurant with my daughter for the past year.

I don't understand why some people leave negative reviews for this restaurant. It's conveniently located just two blocks from my apartment. The staff here is courteous and friendly. Overall, I had a great experience.

I bought an ice cream cake, and for the first time, it was mostly cake rather than being all ice cream. The price was outrageous, and on top of that, they charged me an extra $10 for something that the cashier couldn't explain. Ver carta

Baskin-Robbins and its parent company made a commitment to stop using eggs from hens kept in cramped cages, yet they have not made any progress in fulfilling this promise. I cannot support businesses that say one thing but do another.

got the strawberry cheesecake flavorthought it was a decent amount for 150 160 calscould definitely taste the strawberry it had a sweet flavor when mixed with the vanilla like cheesecakei did enjoy the large cheesecake bites in there although those didn’t really taste like cheesecake muchbut overall the strawberry flavor was pretty decent with the overall mix of vanilla/cheesecake ish ice creamoverall: 7/10

I won't be going here while they're involved in an animal cruelty scandal. Inspire Brands, which owns Baskin Robbins, isn't being transparent about when they'll fulfill their pledge to go cage-free. In 2021 Inspire Brands pledged to phase out cruel cages for their hens by 2025. But now they are refusing to update customers on their progress toward this promise. I don't eat anywhere that supports extreme animal cruelty. Ver carta

I took my niece to Baskin-Robbins today for an ice cream cone. It was 1:40pm and there was only one girl working all by herself. The line was to the door. She did a great job and she stayed calm and helped each person and had a great attitude!!I am sure someone must've called in sick today because it was a beautiful sunny day. But this young lady was on her game and did an outstanding job!!I didn't catch her name but wanted to make sure her boss knew what a wonderful job she did today all by herself.

I would've given 0 stars if I could. We drove 20 minutes with our newborn baby to get ice cream tonight. It was 8:35pm and the store closed at 9:00pm. I tried to order a banana royale and a scoop of ice cream. The two employees working there said they weren't making banana royales because they were closing soon. So my husband went in and they told him the same thing. They said they were told to turn the machines off 30 minutes before closing. When we asked for the managers name they said they weren't allowed to give that information out. This is so sad because there aren't many Baskin Robbins stores left in Washington. I recently visited this Baskin Robbins and had a disappointing experience. A staff member was sweeping the store when she abruptly came over to serve us ice cream without washing her hands first. I politely asked if she was planning to wash her hands before serving, and she seemed visibly upset by my question. When I inquired if she was alright, she loudly replied, “No, I’m not because I want you to leave my store so we can clean!” This incident occurred on January 20, 2023, around 7:37 PM, even though the store doesn't close until 8 PM.
