I sometimes receive blueberries and strawberries as toppings, while other times I don't, even though the description indicates they should be included. If they are only meant to be part of the blend, that isn't clear. Despite this inconsistency regarding their presence and quantity, the taste is fantastic!

Actual conversation (after I had paid and the smoothies were ready) on a $50 order. May I please get whip cream added to the tops? That is an extra cost Sir. OK, that 's fine, I will pay for it. I actually don 't have a way to charge you for it. Umm, what? How does that make any sense at all?Smoothies are mediocre, lacking flavor. Won 't be back.

Took half and hour exactly to fulfill my order. I even ordered ahead on the DoorDash app. There was so sense of urgency when we got in there the girl working was just standing not doing anything and she didn’t start on our order till we got there. There was another customer who was getting impatient as well because her order was taking a long time to be fulfilled. Ver carta

Delicious! There was only one woman working when I placed my order, but she managed to handle all the customers efficiently! My açaí bowl was great, though it was a bit on the runny side, which is better than being too frozen. I was initially concerned about the smaller size, but it turned out to be more than enough. The only downside is that it’s a bit pricey, but definitely worth it for a weekend indulgence.

These are the BEST smoothies in town!!! They have many options that were so good My favorite is the sour watermelon strawberry or their gourmet huckleberry one a layer of whipped cream and granola in the middle. It's so good! Now when I want a smoothie I don't even think about Jamba juice anymore. It's nowhere near as good. This place is the absolute bomb! And the workers and owners are super nice! Always a pleasant time dealing with them!

We came to berry bay after having looked at the menu online and having high expectations because their smoothies looked like they would be very good. They did end up being quite good as we expected, but the service was lacking so far as to take away the four out of five stars that are missing. We pulled in at 7:35, 25 minutes before close, and was met by Aniston at the drive thru window. She displayed an immediate questionable attitude as she explained that we were unable to order any of the juiced drinks, as it would take her too long (40 minutes) past close to make us those drinks.
