"I regret to write this review, but our recent experience at the restaurant was extremely disappointing. We spent $100 on a meal that was completely unsatisfactory. We had decided to visit the restaurant with our two children for a nostalgic trip before they left for college. We used to go there regularly when they were younger, but it had been a while since our last visit. Unfortunately, the food was terrible. The pizza was undercooked and tasted like a well-known chain (that begins with D) but even worse, with subpar ingredients. The pasta was also a disappointment, nothing like what we remembered. Overall, everything we ordered was inedible and we were so embarrassed that we made up an excuse to leave quickly, taking the food to go and disposing of it in the dumpster behind the restaurant. It's unlikely that we will return, but I hope they can improve for their own sake. Writing this review was not enjoyable for me."

We went to this restaurant for dinner, with a reservation for 60 middle school children on a field trip. The experience was fantastic as everything was prepared and ready for us.

Bertucci’s has potential but it seems the staffing shortage is really affecting this location and they need help . We took our 3 and 6 year old out for an early dinner at 5:15. We ordered right away but food did not show up until almost 6:00… my hangry kids could not wait that long. We scarfed our food down and my husband waited in the car with our 3 year old while I waited another 30 minutes to get the attention of a manager to pay our bill and pack up the food.
