Bertucci's Newton - Carta

platz was closed for renovation. no reason why they have accepted the reservation. last time I try bertuccis.

this place has been closed for repairs for weeks, but they have confirmed our reservation and confirmed. very disappointed!

We arrived at Bertucci’s in Newton with an open table reservation only to find the door padlocked. The following day in the Boston Globe I read that Bertucci’s has filed for chapter 11. Please review your reservation offerings from time to time. Ver carta

Food was good and our waitress was very nice. The GM was very rude. He wasn’t being so nice to our poor waitress who was running around trying to attend to everyone and when I asked for a box to go, he called me high maintenance which I thought was uncalled for.

the restaurant was closed. we were not told about the closure, but on a cold, snow-covered evening with young children and our sons and dils, only to find another place to eat. the open table would have informed us or not allowed us to make this reservation. very bad experience.

We made a reservation for 13 people on Friday, November 25th, 2022, and when we all got to the restaurant, it was closed. If reservations had been turned off for that night when they decided to close the restaurant, it would have saved our four carloads of people a lot of frustration. Ver carta

Manager very attentive. Checked on Us twice. Waitress was good but short staffed so it took a bit longer- no big deal. The salmon was good. The pasta was room temp unfortunately and the spinach was overly seasoned and inedible. The calzone was fantastic. The chocolate cake yummy. Plenty of space between tables.

The place smells, there was trash under the table they sat us at The gave us a table next to a mop and dirty smelly cloths The table next to us still had all the dirty plates and food scraps the. The restaurant was probably less than occupied and they still sat us right next to people. My back was to someone else back. We walked away so fast

Terrible. Assistant manager was unbelievably rude and condescending. Understandably they were short staffed but she was so stressed that she was ineffective and grating. The other staff tried their best to make up for her poor behavior. After an hour of waiting , we asked for a timeline and she told us our order just went in. Ten minutes later, she and staff brought someone else’s order . When we told her it wasn’t ours, she rolled her eyes. When the food finally came it was mediocre. Not a big issue with the waiting it was her behavior that was abhorrent. Won’t go there again. Will do take out for their rolls. Ver carta
