"We frequent this restaurant. We had reservations for and arrived at We requested a quiet booth in the dining room on our reservation. The hostess took us to the noisy bar and sat us by the entry door. We didn’t want to sit at the bar. We came here for a dining experience and didn’t want loud TV’s, kids running around, or bar noise. Otherwise, wouldn’t of bothered to make a reservation here. We told the hostess we didn’t want to sit at the bar. She disapproved and made us wait to see if it was okay with the waitstaff to seat us in the dining room. She looked at us and said ‘Just so you know, we don’t sit people in the dining room after three o’clock’. She repeated this to the point where it made us feel badly and we rushed through the meal. If you are going to take lunch reservations until how are people suppose to know you don’t like to seat people in the dining room after three now. We usually come near this time and never had a problem before. We don’t live near your restaurant and there are plenty of other high end restaurants that seat guests in dining rooms for lunch hours. We talked about not coming back to Burlington. Next time I’d rather travel to Chestnut Hill capital Grill and be greeted/treated well. Our meal was very good, the steak was done perfect. We were pleased with the table service."

"I discovered Bayberry Café through a Yelp list of top vegan restaurants in the U.S. and I am happy I finally had the chance to visit recently. The restaurant offers a variety of vegan dishes that resemble typical Chinese or Asian cuisine, including vegan sushi, bowls, soups, appetizers, salads, and entrees. Despite some menu items having unfamiliar names like sweet citrus soy protein or black pepper seitan, the online ordering process was easy using a QR code that displayed an menu with pictures of familiar Chinese dishes. I tried the sweet and sour soy protein which tasted similar to sweet and sour chicken, but was not as filling as real meat. The dish was well-prepared with a good balance of flavors and served with broccoli, bell pepper, and pineapple. The service was efficient and the restaurant had a cozy atmosphere, reminiscent of a large pub. I am grateful to fellow Yelpers for recommending this fantastic local, independent restaurant."

"I recently dined at Black and Blue and found my experience to be mixed. The blueberry cheesecake was decent—comparable to what you might find at the Cheesecake Factory—but it didn’t offer anything truly unique. The porterhouse steak, which I had high hopes for, arrived overcooked and under-seasoned, falling short of the robust flavor one expects from such a cut. Additionally, I did not receive the creamy spinach dish that I ordered, and the chocolate lava cake tasted more like a protein cake than a rich, indulgent dessert. To top it off, the menu is overpriced for the quality of food served. Overall, while there were a few redeeming qualities, the inconsistencies in execution combined with the steep pricing left me less than satisfied with my dining experience. Parking: Mall parking."

"Cené allí con mi familia después de recibir excelentes críticas del restaurante. Nuestro servidor fue muy agradable, pero marginalmente incompetente. No sabía muchos detalles sobre el menú cuando se le preguntó por detalles. Uno de los entrantes se sirvió sin ninguno de los 3 ingredientes (aceitunas con cítricos enlatados y perejil frito, servido sin perejil frito, no es culpa del camarero). El camarero presentó el especial como aperitivo, pero en realidad era un aperitivo. Mi plato principal (o debería decir "entrante") se sirvió aproximadamente 5 minutos después de que el resto de mi mesa ya había servido sus platos principales. Pude pedir otro plato principal cuando estaba claro que había pedido un entrante, pero para entonces el resto de la mesa estaba lista con el plato principal. "This restaurant serves the best Thai food north of Boston. The flavors are strong and they are not afraid to season it well. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. It's a small restaurant, so it can be challenging to get a table during peak hours."
