"Our server was Adriana. She was clearly in a bad mood and didn 't want to be there. The food was pretty good. It wasn 't super hot and I was a little disappointed that for the price we paid that there wasn 't much of a wow factor. My husband said thecalamari was really good but his burger was weird because of the pile of cold shredded cheese on top. Bar drinks were excellentbut Napkins for drinks should be an automatic thing imo, I can 't stand having the table get wet and sticky but she didn 't giveus any. I finally had to walk up to the bar myself and get them. All in all it was just and OK experience"

"We order from this restaurant regularly, and generally, the service and food are excellent. However, this time, the staff member who took my call was not honest about some menu items that were missing. This is the third time we’ve encountered issues with items still being advertised on delivery apps. It’s confusing to receive different answers from various employees. Additionally, the girl was somewhat rude regarding closing times. We attempted to place an order an hour before close, but it didn't go through. I was just disappointed by her attitude. As someone with experience in food service, I know that staff typically don’t mention closing times until 40 minutes before closing. A notice 5 to 10 minutes prior is acceptable, but her tone was unprofessional. All of the other staff members I’ve interacted with have been great and very friendly."

"07/26/2022 12:30pm. Had lunch at the Ft. Worth location. When my work associate and I entered the restaurant there were approximately 6 guests seated. When we sat down, we were greeted by the only waitress working. It appeared only 2 people were running the business (1-waitress 1-cook). We received our menu and drinks. Meanwhile, the waitress locked the front door and told everyone in the restaurant to ask her if they need out. Waitress explained she was the only one working, but she had never waited tables before. It also appeared she was prepping food unless it was a fried item, then that was being done by the cook (maybe, never saw or heard another person). To add to this, there was no chicken available due to the delivery truck not arriving yesterday, as explained by the waitress. The other customers were getting agitated as they were trying to pay their tab. The waitress had no access to the register and was having issues running credit cards. The waitress collected cash from a couple of customers and just laid the money next to the register. The waitress went back and forth to the kitchen and staying there for 5 or more minutes at a time. One customer just left through the east side door and did not pay. We were the last customers to leave and the waitress explained about no one showing up and the manager wasn't going to be in today. She asked how our food was and as my associate has ordered a club sandwich, the waitress says that she wasn't sure how it was supposed to be made, but she put on what she thought was supposed to be on the sandwich. She continued to explain she was not getting paid and living in an apartment or house that the manager pays for her in lieu of money. Do not believe either of us will be back."

"This restaurant is absolutely fantastic! As a truck driver visiting Texas for the first time, I found myself parked along the roadside waiting to be unloaded in the morning. With no driving hours left on my log, I couldn’t go anywhere for food, and I was pretty hungry. I called Jim's Pizza and explained my situation, and they went above and beyond by delivering a pizza right to my truck! The customer service was outstanding—definitely a five-star experience. And the best part? The pizza was absolutely delicious! Thank you so much for the delivery; I really appreciate it!"

"We had an excellent experience here thanks to the daytime crew. The manager was incredibly friendly, and the staff was well-organized. For the first time, I didn't have to take my burger apart to add all the ingredients myself because it was made perfectly. The burgers looked amazing. Kudos to the cook and the kitchen team for a job well done!"
