"Not worth the wait any more.I don't know what happened to this place. I've been going here for 30 years, but the service has plummeted drastically in the past 5 years. They always took a little longer than your average drive-through, but these days you might as well go inside a restaurant, sit down, and order. You'll get your food faster than you will going through Big John's drive-through. They have a sign up (probably because so many people are complaining) saying that they're not a franchise, cook food to order, etc. However, 10 years ago, you could be through the drive-through with your food in 5 minutes if they weren't busy. Now, you could pull up to a totally empty drive-through and you'll still be waiting 20 minutes. So I guess the same food takes 15 minutes longer to make than it used to......and the portions are sketchy. Your Super Steak might be overflowing the bun one time, and barely fill it the next......and the cashiers act like they'd rather be anywhere else, which may be true since I can't imagine the management has gotten better while the service has gotten so much worse.Food is still decent though, and their prices didn't skyrocket post-Covid like most other places."

My dad brought home 3 veggie quesadillas. They were so delicious! Vegetarian options: So good! That vegetable quesadilla today was fantastic

My order was wrong, and the cashier wasn't listening when we said it 3 times. We had a time crunch, so I just said whatever I'll eat it. I'm not a big fan so far. Every time I've gotten their food, it is just so so.

I recently had my first visit to a Big John location, and I wish I had tried it sooner! The subs and sides are fresh and absolutely delicious. The staff at the counter were friendly and welcoming, and my order was prepared quickly. There's a cozy dining area, along with outdoor seating options as well. Ver carta

Not sure why restaurants insist on yucky canned mushrooms. It would be nice if this location offered French fries, but there might be a chain stipulation. The drive-thru window is covered so you can't see into the kitchen. This is an unfussy good place for a cheap ham and cheese sandwich and bag of chips. Employees are very friendly. As an employee here, I want to mention that we cook everything to order, so it may take some time, especially for larger orders. We also have an older speaker that tends to pick up every little sound, which is why we often ask for confirmation on certain things. I've had the pleasure of working with fantastic people who genuinely care about our customers. I hope that the wait is worth it for you! If it isn't, I sincerely apologize and I'll do my best to improve during your next visit.
