I was really looking forward to trying this place based on the reviews. We had planned to stop by during our trip, but it seems their posted hours are inaccurate—they were closed at 4 PM on Friday instead of the 5 PM listed.

The food here is outstanding—fresh and delicious. Chef Seymour is a true master of his craft. This place is easy to overlook, but once you visit, you’ll find yourself coming back for more. It’s now the only reason I go to the outlet mall! Make no mistake, The Birch Run Deli is fantastic! Ver carta

I was drawn in by the five-star reviews, and it definitely lived up to the hype. I ordered the Sicilian sandwich, which is similar to a club sub, and it was incredibly delicious—hot and reasonably priced. My dad had the Rueben, which was hot, juicy, and generously filled. It was fantastic! My mom enjoyed the veggie salad made with locally grown greens, and it was fresh and very tasty!

While traveling north, we stopped at this restaurant and, wow, did we choose the perfect lunch spot! The subs were amazing! He had the steak and cheese, and I went for a club sandwich but replaced the ham with turkey. We decided to swap half of our sandwiches because we couldn’t resist trying both! They were both incredibly tasty! The owner and chef, Mr. Seymour, is a fantastic guy. He welcomed us with warmth when we arrived and was truly enjoyable to chat with; he had me laughing several times! Plus, he made me a special honey mustard sauce that was absolutely delicious! My wife and I came here for lunch and we're glad we did! The guy behind the counter was really nice and then the owner came out and greeted us as well. I forget the name of the sandwich I had but it had pastrami, corned beef and coleslaw with thousand island dressing, it was so good and they toasted the bread and it was really good. I also got a bowl of the jambalaya and it was really good, I couldn't eat it all because I was full off the sandwich but I took it home and gave it to my southern mother who had some criticisms but still enjoyed it. Definitely will go back when I'm in the area. It's always a great experience when you get customer service instead of barely being paid attention to.... Ver carta
