Fassona's Hamburger is an explosion of pleasure. The owners are very kind and hospitable. The room is small but comfortable.

Simpatia, gentilezza, un posto accogliente e giovanile, con angoli di musica e ricordi, in zona comodissima all'inizio di uno dei paesi più belli dell'entroterra ligure e soprattutto ottimo il cibo con panini a dir poco favolosi. Complimenti Ver carta

We happened across this restaurant when we were in town for a short visit and were so glad we found it. We had a delicious spaghetti carbonara along with a delicious local Rossese wine for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend stopping here.

We happened upon Bar Bistro while we were looking to take a break from exploring the town. The bar is small and cozy. Prizes are fair considering the town is a bit touristy... two glasses of local wine, a cappuccino, and potato chips were 9 euro. The staff was friendly.

Ottimo! Vi perdete un colpo se passando da Dolceacqua non andate al Bistrò a mangiare un hamburgher di Fassona! Bellissimo l'ambiente, piccolo ma ben curato in tutti i dettagli, e ottima la cucina. Se aggiungete anche un proprietario giovane e simpatico avete il quadro completo del locale. Ver carta
