Bj's Brewhouse - Carta

I've been there twice and have never been able to eat. Both times, I had to wait an hour and a half.

This was my first time coming there. The sides were completely cold, and the steak was decent at best.

The wait was long but the host came around with an app for everyone to try which was such a classy move. The pizookie was amazing and the wine was great. Overall an A : Ver carta

I bring my team to BJ"s every time I come to Lansing for work. Every time the parking lot is packed and I think it's going to be a wait. We never have to wait, the service is great and good is enjoyed by all!

Liked the atmosphere disappointed in the kicking chicken sandwich. There wasn't much kick. Fries were amazing burgers, and pizza for surrounding tables looked amazing. Fish was a little greasey. Chicken Alfredo was good and I heard at our table the Chilli was really good but very spicy.

Had a reservation and when we arrived they told us half hour wait and said they had “a lot” of reservations. Also claimed they had a half hour period to seat us beyond our reservation time however this is not listed anywhere when making the reservation. This is poor management of reservations. Ver carta

The food was good, the waiter was absolutely superb. He did an excellent job of taking care of our table and certainly anticipated when we needed something. The noise level made it hard to hold a conversation with my fellow diners. I did think the drinks were quite expensive, but quite good as well.

Not great. We were told there would be a 25 minute wait for our reserved table. Meals came out at different times and were incorrect. We sent my niece’s soup back, which was supposed to be soup in a bread bowl. After a long wait we said to just bring the soup without the bread bowl. My well done burger came to the table very raw. I ended up asking the waiter to just bring me a box so I could take it home to microwave it. What a disappointing meal.

My coworkers and I stopped by for lunch, and we were thoroughly impressed by the fantastic service and delicious food! The menu offered a wide variety of options, but what truly made our experience memorable was our server, Jonathon F. He was exceptional! He went out of his way to see if they could customize a dish for me without me even asking. Initially, he said it wasn't possible, but then he returned to inform me that they could accommodate my request after all. That gesture was completely above and beyond!
