So we were seated after about 15 min our was disorganized. She took one drink order and left without asking the rest of us what we wanted . The marguerites were delicious. I had ordered the shrimp tacos but requested they be prepared just like the mahi. Mahi tacos came out instead. When the shrimp replacement came out they were cold. Then when the bill arrived we were charged fir 2 fish tacos and a shrimp taco that had to be removed from the bill."

Our server was excellent. He wad helpful and responsive. All of Sam’s restaurants are noisy. He likes that way. It turns tables. Good for business. My quesadilla was slightly burned. I should requested another but I was hungry. The happy Hour wine was nice especially for the price. I like Blanco, just wasn’t the best Blanco experience.
