Cold food, good service very friendly, but the floors are always dirty. I might give it another shot.

Waited 55 minutes for our food, which arrived cold. The chicken sandwich was extremely overcooked and inedible. However, the waitress provided great service. Thankfully, they comped the entire bill. I believe they should hire cooks with better cooking and timing skills.

I have dined at this restaurant many times and have never had a bad meal. Whether it's breakfast or dinner, the staff is friendly and the prices are very affordable. I highly recommend the dinner bell country fried steak with mashed potatoes, green beans, and your choice of bread.

Extremely dissatisfied with the experience. The fried chicken was incredibly tough and dry, lacking any butter with the 12 dinner rolls. The pie was also a letdown. My family and I have always loved Bob Evans. It has been our go-to spot for weekends, as we always enjoy a good meal and great service. However, today was a different experience. We waited nearly 20 minutes to be seated, our utensils were dirty, and our food was disappointing. I am unsure if we will return in the near future.

The restaurant was poorly managed, causing customers to wait almost an hour for a table. Despite only 5 tables being occupied, the rest remained empty. Many employees were standing around, but the manager seemed disinterested in addressing the issue. I witnessed several families leave due to the long wait, and when I inquired about the situation, the manager refused to come speak to me or address the concerns of other patrons. This lack of communication and poor management resulted in a loss of business on 02/27/22.

I had a few issues with this particular Bob Evans location. While everything else was fine, the young man who seated me looked like he had just come from working in the field. His hat was dirty, his hair was long and unkempt, and his clothes were not in good condition. The coffee cup they served my coffee in was so stained that it appeared to have never been washed, and the silverware was dull and looked very old. As someone who is old-fashioned and has worked in the restaurant industry for 10 years, this lack of attention to cleanliness was concerning to me.
