One of my favorite restaurants. Wish there was down here in Broward County.

I have been a fan of Bob Evans now for over 20 years. I love the food. I have one complaint and that is they will not bring one of their restaurants to Palm Beach Fl.

The food was excellent, the service is consistently outstanding, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. We're often on the go and frequently stop by for breakfast or dinner.

They can get really busy at times and forget things, but their General Manager, James, is awesome, and always makes things right. Last night items were left out of my carry-out order, but when I went in today and told them what happened, James was so nice to me and handled the situation very professionally. He not only replaced the items, he gave me way more than I originally ordered and told me to have a great day. Excellent management- this guy knows how to make customers happy!

We often stop at this Bob Evans when traveling to Spring Training games. Typically, there is a wait on weekend mornings. The service has always been good, and the restaurant is clean and well-maintained. However, I took off a star for my last visit because I ordered a western omelet, and the pieces of ham and pepper were cut too large, with chunks over an inch in size. Additionally, the butter on the toast had an odd taste, resembling the liquid butter they drizzle on popcorn at movie theaters. I've never experienced this before, but I thought it was important to mention.

When I arrived at the restaurant, James greeted me warmly and was incredibly helpful. We chatted about my job while waiting for my food to finish cooking. I mentioned how I sometimes take my bed for granted, which made him chuckle. He shared that he had just moved from Orlando, near Disney, and I welcomed him to the quieter surroundings of Port St. Lucie. Finally, my food was ready, and my stomach was rumbling with anticipation. James handed me my order and wished me a wonderful rest. When I asked him which register I should use to pay, he waved it off, saying, "Don’t worry about it. You’ve been patient, and it’s my pleasure to meet you! Enjoy your meal!"
