Every time I visit this restaurant, the Boba teas seem to be getting worse. Once, I even witnessed the person making our drinks using water instead of milk, ice, tea - just water! They also boldly ask for tips, which I still give despite the declining quality of the drinks. Ver carta

I’ve never been disappointed by Boba Theory! Consistently great boba tea, my absolute favorite bubble tea restaurant I’ve been to out of dozens that I’ve visited. Nicely decorated and I imagine it’s a nice place to sit and study or just relax. Their lavender earl grey milk tea is excellent and I heavily recommend it. Service is always quick and the drinks are always up to par.

Best boba in the area but their drive thru is TERRIBLE. It's the only way to get around the building so even if you go inside to get your order you have to sit through the drive thru to leave. And their drive thru is slow. On multiple occasions I've waited 20 minutes with only a few cars in front of me and I ended up leaving without my drink because there were still 2 cars ahead of me and I had to get to work.
