Bojangles - Carta

We visited for a Sunday breakfast after church, and both the food and service were excellent. The gentleman who worked there (I didn't catch his name) did an outstanding job taking our order and personally delivering it to our table, which exceeded our expectations.

I would rate this Bojangles a solid 4 stars. No fast food place is perfect, but the customer service here is exceptional! Today, they even gave my puppy a complimentary bone-shaped biscuit with our breakfast. Plus, their bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits are absolutely fantastic!

We had a great experience coming here as a family. We ate inside, the restaurant was clean , and we found that there were a lot of good items on the menu for great prices. They even serve breakfast all day. We will be back for sure! Also, the manager Shane was very welcoming and made recommendations! Ver carta

I?ve been to many Bojangles between SC, NC, MD, and VA. This one is the most efficient and actually gets the orders right. I wish I knew the gentleman?s name today at 1PM taking orders threw the drive through. He was enthusiastic and provided excellent customer service for the limited interaction. Managers please see who this was and pass the kudos along.

Whenever I am in town for work I make it a priority to pick up some Bojangles, especially since they are not on the west coast. The staff at this location is always friendly and courteous. I only visit a few times a year, but the service has always beengood, the dining area is clean, and I have never had to wait long for my food. Of course, the chicken is always good!

Actually really super nice here. I didn't take any pictures because I didn't expect to review them as I been here before already. Service was fast and again, real friendly here. Oh the chicken, sure. I had a 3 peice mix. Leg, breast and wing with mashed potatoes and gravy and Mac and cheese. Real nice perfect spice to the meat and crunchy crust. Really enjoyed it. However, I've had better mac and cheese ???????????. It is what it is but the chicken was still good and yet again, A1 service. I'll be back.

This is my first visit to this restaurant. I ordered the Bo Chicken Sandwich, which turned out to be quite spicy—something that isn’t indicated on the menu, as it’s simply labeled "Bo Chicken Sandwich." I was quite surprised and disappointed when I took a bite and realized it was spicy. Additionally, if you're looking for a crispy chicken sandwich that isn’t spicy, you won't find one here; your only non-spicy option is a grilled chicken sandwich. On a positive note, the restaurant is clean and has ample space for large families, and the staff is friendly. However, I did notice that the hand sanitizer station was empty.

Holy Moly!! I was at potomac run plaza getting some needed stuff when the smell of the fried chicken hit me. Then I realized omg it's coming from Bojangles and I thought ok- I'll get a piece of chicken from there. I didn't know they had a chicken sandwich. So I ordered two chicken wings and a sandwich. The guy that took my order (young African American gentleman) was so professional, he asked if mayo and pickles are ok on the sandwich. He didn't know I never tried it, but I thought that was amazing for him to ask. No one ever asks! My little sis hates mayo and that would have saved her! But I love it. Anyways the sandwich was soooo unbelievably good, hot, fresh, tasty. Puts to shame all othe... Ver carta
