The service is quick, the staff is friendly, and the place is always clean. Plus, the food is consistently fresh!

First time we've eaten here. Not fast food people but their food tasted homemade! Delicious!! Bring them to Orlando please.

First time having Bojangles and was presently surprised how good it was. The drive-thru attendant was friendly. Definitely give it a try, especially if you love chicken!

Staff needs to focus while taking orders serving customers. Asked specifically 3 times for condiments(mustard Ketchup),twice while placing the order then again while at the pickup window,neither was placed in the bag. Poor service,overshadows decent food!

This store is the only one in the area, and there are quite a few, that we will go to EVER. The biscuits were fresh right out of the oven and the chicken was super crispy. The store was so clean! They rocked it out : Other stores in the Asheville area could take lessons! Ver carta

As a regular local patron of this restaurant, we dine here at least twice a week. Darrell, the manager, consistently provides us with excellent service. Despite the busy atmosphere, the food is always tasty. We will definitely keep coming back to this location. Thank you for the outstanding service!

First time eating here. We were so happy as the service was great and the food was ready by the time we got to the next window. I loved those huge tater tots that came with my sausage egg and biscuit sandwich. It was hot and the egg looked and tasted REAL? my husband had the chicken strips spicy and he said they were great!! Bojangles we hope you are in Florida as we are headed home now!! Great tea too!! No photos to add because it?s ALL GONE ?

The sandwiches were tasty, but half of the fries were hard and inedible. I waited about five minutes at the sauce counter while the employees seemed to do their best to ignore me. When they finally acknowledged me, their tone suggested that my presence was an inconvenience, and they claimed they were "accused" of not having sauces. Most of the time, the staff appeared confused during our visit, and the manager sat in the lobby, seemingly oblivious to everything happening in the restaurant. Ver carta
