The food at this restaurant takes me back to the pho I tasted in Da Nang, Vietnam five years ago—it's absolutely delicious. The egg roll is crispy and delightful; even my 4-year-old loved it! The Bernicelli is also outstanding. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere a perfect 5 out of 5. Ver carta

I started with the spring roll and then had the soup. When I tasted the soup, I noticed a subtle hint of black licorice that I wasn't particularly fond of, but my mother believed it might have some healing qualities. After being unwell for three days, I began to feel better after having the soup. I did enjoy the flavor of the star anise in it.

The food was amazing, and the restaurant had a clean and inviting atmosphere. I will definitely be back. However, I learned that the owners take a large portion of the servers' tips, keeping more than half of what they make in a day. I don't support that practice. Next time, I might consider giving a gift instead of a tip so that it doesn’t have to be reported. Despite this concern, I will return for the delicious food, but I might choose to get takeout orders instead.

The service was satisfactory, especially given that the restaurant was managed by a single person. The atmosphere had a typical Asian feel, with an abundance of utensils and condiments readily available. I found the pork buns to be a delightful option; however, I ordered the beef pho (number 1) but was served chicken pho instead. The soup was warm, but not as hot as I would have preferred, which was somewhat disappointing. It had a pronounced fish sauce flavor that I didn't mind, but it's certainly a unique taste.
