I love their tomatillo scramble and their white chocolate pretzel pancakes. Service is always great.

— food was disappointing, overpriced — experience was bad, limited ability to accommodate dietary restrictions and then messed up two dishes — atmosphere was totally fine — some cool art and no complaints!

Service was excellent and quick. Nothing but good things to say about the staff. Food wasn't anything too out of this world- but it wasn't pricey so that was nice. Drinks were average priced but below average taste. For reference I did come for brunch Ver carta

This place seems to be very popular. Was almost full at 11am on Sunday. QR code menu. Special dishes on weekends. I chose regular omelette- constructor. Big portions, fare price. Latte was really good. Friendly staff. I was happy to see automatic hand soap dispenser and dryer built-in to faucet. Interesting feature. Recommended.

One of my roommates and I came here for the Labor Day weekend brunch! It was a bit of a wait (30 min+ , but totally understandable. They only take walk-ins to begin with, so it’s okay if you come here without reservations! It seemed like they renovated the place — I’ve noticed a brighter ambience! Not planning on returning. I have not been to bongo room in a couple of years, and I guess I didn’t come to this location last time. Let’s start with the host. He looked utterly irritated at our arrival. One of our guests was 75 and thinks his phone is broken but just struggles with QR codes, so we often ask for a paper menu. Very disappointed with the treatment at this restaurant. Went in for brunch today and were seated right at 10:30. Service up until we get the check was fine…once I hand over my payment including tip we were quickly hustled out of the door by staff. We’d been seated all of 55 minutes. I still had a latte I paid for that I did not get to finish. So I was here on 9/25/2022 for breakfast with a friend. The service from my waitress was great. She was attentive and everything. The food was good as usual until time for the bill. This was a real treat. In Chicago to see Da Bears tomorrow and it's just a short walking detour off the blue line on the way downtown from O' Hare. The decor was smart with several large Lego structures to personalize the seating area. We had the special, banana bread french toast. Very tasty but the portion was pretty small, by Texas standards.
