I seriously just enjoyed every single moment of my experience here. The location, the ease of access to it off highway, the vibe, my waitress, SKYLI, was seriously a Saint a gem honestly I am transformed through my meeting her. I had the Friday Catfish special(1 filet) with white beans rice the second it was set in front of me: heavenly smell! Delicious. Hot. Fresh. I had an order of 3 beignets-Woo Hoo! I went to Boudreau Thibodeau's when it had just opened following the impact of Hurricane Ida. Impressively, you would never know. The location weathered the storm nicely and everything seemed back to normal. Prices here are reasonable and the interior is so well decorated with items and stories/jokes that it gives you a taste, both figuratively and literally, of Cajun life. Food was great and the stories made for some entertainment before and during the meal. Wait staff wason point, attentive and prompt, and we never left in a lurch during the visit. Highly recommend!

The service was a little questionable at first. When my husband and I walked in, we stood at the hostess stand where 3 ladies were working. They never acknowledged me. It wasn't until my husband came (after 3-5 minutes of me just standing there looking at them, waiting for them to say something) and asked them do we stand here to wait to be seated before one them said they would clean a table and seat us. Once we sat, our server was pretty nice. We enjoyed the food. For theappetizer, we had the artichoke and spinach dip with crabmeat in it. For the entrée, my husband had the stuffed fish with asparagus and sweet potato casserole as his sides. I had the signature dish with sweet potato casser...

I went there today 8/16/2022 Around 3pm, we?ll after the lunch rush, there was barely anyone dining, maybe two tables literally and it took 45 minutes for our take out order, fried pickles, crab dip, Tburger and fried green tomatoes. Then we realized that our food was out and on the counter for most of that time, but the kitchen staff didn?t communicate that to the server. They were too busy carrying on about things customers shouldn?t hear. The server Nicole was notObservant at all! I tipped her on a to go order, you would think she could have at least made sure the order was correct, nope. The order was incorrect, they gave me the dip with NO crab after charging me for the correct one. Eve... Ver carta
