The grab-and-go case is always filled with vegan options. My favorite is the faux chicken salad sandwich.

Plenty of awesome products at the grocery portion and plenty of vegan options. I’ve had the goji dream smoothie. The flavor was good but didn’t really have the consistency of a smoothie. More of a juice or shake.

Lots of vegan options here. We found quite a few vegan dessert options. Vegan cheeses, including Miyoko’s, pre made vegan sandwiches. It reminded us of a small local Whole Foods. The downside is that it is a little expensive.

It’s super convenient to come here and do my grocery shopping for all my favorite vegan products, and have lunch at the deli counter. Some prices are cheaper than Whole Foods, and others are more expensive. I like shopping here especially for their bulk section! If you rely on public transportation and or are visiting Savannah there is a DOT free bus stop right next to the market.

Much like its neighbor, Sentient Bean, this charming little grocery store feels like a trip back to the late 90s and early 2000s. As I strolled past the deli while grabbing some snacks, I was immediately drawn in by the vegan sandwich options priced between $3 and $6—such a pleasant surprise! I decided to try the vegan chicken salad sandwich, and it did not disappoint; it was absolutely delicious. If I had stayed longer, I definitely would have gone back for more!

This is a charming health food store located on the outskirts of Forsyth Park, and it's fantastic. It features a wide range of options for vegans, including a deli offering vegan sandwiches, smoothies, and juices. They even allow you to sample their sandwich spreads. I tried the tofu chicken salad sandwich, and it was delicious! Since the store is so conveniently located near the beautiful park, I decided to take my sandwich there to enjoy. Additionally, they sell unique vegan snacks that I haven’t found anywhere else and have a small section for fresh produce if you're looking to grab some fruits and vegetables.
