Like all true Wisconsinite's we love our Friday Night Fish Fry and Old Fashioned's. The fish I had was fried with a delicious light breading as to not overtake the flavor of the fish. The salad bar was well stocked with fresh items. The restaurant was very clean and service great. Friendly staff from the time we walked in till we left. Can't beat Bronco Billy's! I had yet to be in renovated Bronco's until last night when I tried the Friday Fish Fry. It was only 5:30 pm and it was packed! The space is amazing. I love how much more open it was. The vibe was great, but seriously, the service was AMAZING. Ali went above and beyond. She is so much fun. Her personality really tied it all together. I'll be back for sure, but when Ali is working. They recently added on and the place is clean and bright. The fish fry is good, better than some other places we've tried. The salad bar is small but very fresh with everything needed for a great salad. I was very happy with a reuben sandwich...the brisket was tender and NOT deli meat. It's noisy when busy and there are no more private areas to sit. But we'll definitely go back. Price per person: $10–20

Service was a little slow to pay the bill and get out and they weren?t super busy?but the food came out fast so And I thought it was pretty good! My husband didn?t like the garlic cheese curds at all, but I loved them. They weren?t over breaded but still crispy enough the get a slight crunch which is the perfect combo in my opinion. I got the cowboy burger and it was really good! It came out pretty tall though which make it hard to eat. No complaints on the flavor though, Ver carta
