"I visit this location quite often and have always found the staff to be friendly during my visits. I usually place my order through the app, and every time I arrive, my order is ready and waiting for me, which I really appreciate—it’s one of the main reasons I use the order-ahead feature. If you enjoy garden veggie cream cheese, I think theirs is the best around. Their breakfast sandwiches are also fresh and tasty."

In my recent visits to this location, I've noticed that their selection of bagels has been quite limited. While their product is excellent, when faced with such restricted options, I often choose to go to another store, like the one on Wolf Road or Central Ave. Ver carta

For the second consecutive time, I ordered two items: one sliced bagel order and one order of three everything bagels, along with another order of two everything bagels and one plain. Once again, I received six everything bagels instead. It seems there’s a recurring issue at Bruegger's with accurately processing orders.
