Buffalo Wild Wings - Carta

This Buffalo Wild Wings consistently strives to provide a warm and inviting atmosphere. While they are currently experiencing staffing shortages, resulting in some noticeable drawbacks such as slower service, the food is reliably tasty, and the drinks are always on point. The general manager personally takes the time to check in with customers to ensure they are having an excellent experience.

It’s a bww so expect the same food which I enjoy. Bar tender service is good! But the management is obviously terrible. Bathrooms are always gross (apparently male and female) always understaffed and the beer is really bad. Taste like the lines have never been cleaned or the beer is just super old. I love me some bdubs but I will drive the extra 20 minutes to go to Salisbury or Charlotte this one is terrible

Upon entering the restaurant, we were informed that the bar was open seating, but the tables had a wait time of 30-35 minutes. Despite there being plenty of empty tables, the hostess was rude and claimed there were people ahead of us in line. We opted to dine at the bar instead, where the bartender was friendly and the food arrived promptly and tasted delicious. The prices were average for this type of cuisine. Ver carta

I have had better experiences at this BWW location in the past, but this time I noticed some differences in the service. The hostess at the front desk was a bit rude when we asked for a different table than the one she wanted to give us. However, the waitress who helped us in the back was very friendly and attentive. The food was decent, though they have done better in the past. I gave them a 3-star rating because the drinks were still good and the waitress did her best to make us feel comfortable.

It was not good. We were not served as we should have been. The waitress took our order and brought me water instead of a soft drink. Then when she came to bring us our drinks, walked off before we could order. We called her back to the table and gave our order of onion rings and Boneless wings, and a bird dog. We waited 30 min for our appetizer. When we asked our waitress shrugged and walked off. We waited another 10 min on the onion rings. They were awesome. We asked for our check and left. We arrived at 7:57pm. We left at 8:38pm. Will not come here again. The service in dine-in restaurants has been declining. Servers need to step up their game.

When I tell you, I will not be going back to this place I mean it. I used to come here all the time but now, now it’s a complete mess. The staff seem completely lost and have no idea what they are doing. It’s always dirty and don’t get me started on the lady’s restroom. It seems like there is a sewage issue and it’s been like that for years. The food is either undercooked or overcooked. Most times over. I get they have a staffing issue as every other restaurant around, however, you do not have to be rude to your paying customers. I was a waitress when I was younger, and never treated anyone the way I have been recently the few times I’ve visited this location. Please do better! Ver carta

We visited this restaurant for a night out with friends and happened to go on a Tuesday, which offers a great deal: buy one, get one free wings. We ordered 30 wings, and I must say they were the best I’ve ever had at Buffalo Wild Wings. Our bartender, Kimberly, was fantastic and took great care of us. We settled in at the bar, played some trivia, shared a lot of laughs, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Kimberly was incredibly friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. If you’re in the area, I definitely recommend stopping by and asking for Kimberly. She’ll treat you well, whip up some excellent drinks, and serve you a refreshing cold beer. It was disgusting, disappointing. The only thing good was our server Diane. My son ordered the mild boneless wings and the sauce they use was very very salty, we actually asked Diane for a fresh plain batch and that's when the boneless wings we got back were hard as rocks so we gave up and took them home and threw them away instead of making a scene and sending those back. I ordered the new boneless bar pizza and there was hardly any chicken on it and whatever so called chicken was on it was tiny and hard as rocks, it looked like deep fried pieces of bread crumbs. I attempted to place my order using the app, but it kept failing and showing items as sold out. After unsuccessfully trying to contact the restaurant by phone, I drove there in person. Upon arrival, I explained the situation to the staff and they took my order, promising it would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. However, it took 40 minutes to receive my order. Unfortunately, the carrots, celery, and dip that were supposed to come with my order were missing. Despite these issues, I have had similar difficulties when trying to order through the app in the past and have ultimately given up.
