"After visiting nearly every Korean restaurant in Saint Louis, MO, Springfield, MO, and the surrounding areas, I can confidently say that Bulgogi House is the best and most authentic Korean restaurant you can find. Some of the negative reviews I've come across seem to stem from unfortunate timing. The restaurant is often low on staff, typically just the owner and two kitchen ladies. As a result, after busy service hours, tables may be left dirty while they prepare for new customers. However, you simply can't go wrong with the food here. In fact, it tastes better than most Korean restaurants I've experienced, both in Korea and the U.S. As a Korean myself, I can attest to this quality. The portions are generous, and you receive unlimited side dishes at no extra charge—only the rice incurs a small fee of about $1 for refills. I will truly miss this place when I have to move! During my four years here, I've explored many other Korean spots, and none compare. Plus, Bulgogi House accepts card payments, unlike Cafe Korea and Koba, which only take cash."

The owner is incredibly friendly, and the food is delicious. Additionally, the dishes are outstanding! I tried the Yookgaejang, and it was packed with plenty of vegetables and meat.

Bulgogi House is a great place to get Korean food. The food cooked here has as a great taste, generous servings and the price is very reasonable. You can call your order in ahead of time and pick it up on the way back to work or on your way home. My family loves eating at the Bulgogi House!

Bibim bap. #31. That’s really all you need to know, though my husband did enjoy the seafood soup. If you’re banking for some Korean home cooking, this is the place for you. So tasty and large servings. It’s in a strip mall so there’s plenty of parking. We went in a weeknight so it wasn’t very crowded. Friendly staff as well. Recommend. Ver carta

What a delightful surprise to discover this restaurant in what seems like the middle of nowhere! The food was absolutely fantastic. I tried the soon tofu (kimchi stew) with beef, and it was incredible! I was on my way to St. Louis, and this place exceeded my expectations. The flavors are completely authentic and not toned down for American palates. It's truly delicious!
