"You order at the counter and pay for your food, then find a seat. I asked the cashier about the items in the display case, and she informed me that they make homemade tarts that are huge and look absolutely delicious. Once we sat down, our coffee was promptly served. The atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxing, making you feel right at home. It didn’t take long for our food to arrive. I ordered a spinach and cheese omelette with potatoes and sourdough toast, while my husband chose the burrito. I usually order omelettes and find that they are often poorly cooked, but this chef did an excellent job; it was cooked to perfection, and the potatoes were tasty as well. My husband raved about how delicious the burrito was. I highly recommend this cafe—you absolutely have to try it! We will definitely be returning, and I also got the red velvet tart to enjoy later. "Today was our first time eating here and we selected it based on the good reviews. Every month we met up with our cousins and pick a new restaurant to try while we catch up. There was a nice selection of food on the menu but unfortunately we had hardly been seated when our waitress asked what we wanted and was very short and to the point. It was as if we were bothering her just being there. There was no greeting or introduction, we hadn't even had a chance to look the menu over. We asked for a couple of minutes and it seemed as though that request really annoyed her. She promptly came back a minute later and took the order and walked off not another word and no refills until we were leaving. The food was good, waitress was just short with us and made us feel unwelcome and rushed the entire time. Don't think we will ever come back here....not because of the food but because of the service."

"After our second visit I wanted to leave a review, because everyone should eat here. The prices are on point, the food is exceptional, if I could rate it higher I would, the service is outstanding, what a gem this place is, I can’t say it enough. I got the porterhouse (last time the Elk) and the wife had the Filet both times. She likes it well done, and the filet is still amazing. Temperatures are perfect, the carrot soup is great! Everything is as it should be, and the potatoes, oh man, if I had no other reason to go back (which I have tons) I would just for the potatoes. My compliments to the chef and of course our amazing host and waitress! We will be back cause I must try the lamb and then tag Gordon Ramsay, cause I know he would be impressed!"

"I want to start off by saying I have a shellfish allergy. I went in today for the first time to get the lunch special a chicken hibachi with mixed vegetables and noodles instead of fried rice, plus a drink. The staff was very accommodating! I informed the cashier of my allergy and she not only noted it down on the ticket but ensured to tell the cooks as well to have it done separately. So far great! This is a small establishment so there is limited seating but not too busy so I had no issues. I sat down and was not sure how long I waited but the food was brought out to my table pretty quick (with a side of yum yum sauce which I forgot to ask about so another plus! . For the price and speed this was definitely worth it! I finished it all before I had a second thought. Will be coming back again loved the taste and atmosphere!"

"After we live in Spring Hill for 9 years, we decided to give Gigi's an attempt. As a Brooklyn girl, this cake is not a New York style pizza. I must say it was delicious and they give you a $6.99 pepperoni value. Our total cost was $19.19 for cheese and pepperoni. The pizza folded, was cheerful and delicious. What did it not NY style was the thick, chewing and doughy crust. The pizza felt more like a deep pizza. If it were thinner, it would definitely be the best pizza in the area. We will give this place another chance and ask for a thinner crust, as the cake had a very good taste that Gigi deserves another attempt."
