"I want to explain why I gave this Burger King a one-star rating, and you can make your own conclusions from that. I ordered a Whopper Junior without cheese, and I made sure to specify that. However, when my burger arrived, it still had cheese on it. I politely asked for a replacement, but the second one also contained cheese. I went back to the counter and calmly pointed out the mistake again. I watched as they took the cheese off my burger and handed it back to me. I understand that budgets may be tight, but as someone who is lactose intolerant, even tiny bits of cheese can cause me serious problems. I approached the manager to discuss the situation and suggested that they should educate their staff about the risks of food allergies and sensitivities. They offered to replace my sandwich, but by then I was already home and had to throw it away."

Worst service I've ever had a a fast food chain. Not only were my burgers cold to the touch, but my one burger had a hair in it. My sodas were flat and Burger King refused to refund my money for the problems I had with this order. DO NOT order from here. They don't know how to make an order correctly there has been plenty of times where I have gotten my order wrong even after specifically asking for something , they also apparently don't know how to work the phone because you can never reach them if you call , as a former employee I know you aren't that busy Meal type: Dinner Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

I had a wonderful lunch at this restaurant! The food was exceptional, earning a perfect score of 5 out of 5. The hamburger I ordered was incredibly tasty and definitely deserves a recommendation. I visited the drive-thru and ordered a chicken fries meal with onion rings, along with an 8-piece nugget and a value fry. Unfortunately, the chicken fries were hard and cold, and I had to toss them after just one bite—they were inedible. It was clear they had been sitting for a while and were not fresh at all. The onion rings were soggy, and the fries were the same. The only redeeming item from my order was the nuggets. I also tried calling the store several times, but nobody picked up. The management should be embarrassed to serve food like this to paying customers. I can’t recommend this place anymore.
