Burger King - Carta

Never workers, when you go through the drive through they are super rude and fries are barely done. Received mozzarella sticks not cooked. Do not recommend.

I guess it's a lot to do to put a sign on the door. we know that the dining room is closed. I don't know why two people are on a table I can see. just not right.

Why is the old lady who runs the restaurant so rude? if they hate their job so bad, they find something else. don't bring them all down all the time. good food, but bad customer service. Ver carta

Put a sign on your door when the lobby is closed and drive thru open. Customers have no way of knowing without parking and getting out to find door locked. Very disappointed, takes little time to make a sign and you can reuse it anytime you need to.

New Chicken sandwich is dry/burnt and fries were not fresh. Just had this sandwich in Maryville, MO BK and it was great. The manager needs to train the employees to serve hot, fresh food. I would avoid this BK and go to Wendy's or a nice a restaurant in the area. Super disappointed and waste of money!

7/7/22 18:40. Very long wait in drive through, more than 20 minutes. I ordered and paid online, but cashier wanted payment. After explaining that it was prepaid, they had a puzzled look, and asked another person. I ordered two Whopper Jr.s, but got some sort of sourdough burger with completely wrong toppings. Side items were correct. Ver carta

We went super late tonight and they only had 2 employees. Even while being short staffed, they still got us our food super quick. Additionally, the lady at the window was super nice and talkative and had amazing customer service. She even recommended for us to try the bbq sauce after we asked for ranch, and then gave us both to try. Didn’t catch her name, but she was great!

a day ago worked here for a month and never again my payment. the owner contacted that he did not return my paycheck and did not hear it again. I finished my layer and did not return. the place is very dirty. trays are not cleaned and reused, they do not use gloves when walking with food, literally riding with their mere hands after the crash. I was told that the customers did not see how we did the shakes because the machine did not work in years. we had to stir them with a spoon. the same spoon was used on the day and never washed. I've never been given a break for my full layer. the bathroom was cleaner than the rest of the building. this place should not be in operation.

Was 3 cars back from the drive thru window and had to wait 15 to get TO the window so you would think in that time ALL my food would be fresh. You would be very wrong. Let 's start with the simple order that I placed: Whopper w/Cheese meal, no onion, no tomato with Onion Rings and large Coke and Chicken nuggets. That 's it. The Coke was small, but at least is was coke. The Whopper with Cheese was sort of warm, the nuggets were warm but the onion rings they were in a word, DISGUSTING!! They were so old there were not only cold but they were stale and super greasy. SO what did I do? Well I attempted to contact the store and was redirected in trying to go to the survey.
