We decided to grab some ice cream cones, and unlike McDonald's, their machine was actually working without any issues. We were in and out quickly!

The location isn't great, and the staff seemed unenthusiastic. I requested no salt on my fries, but they not only came salted, but they were also cold. Ver carta

Tyreshia Gray waited on us, and she was so great. She is such a pleasant person and knows what she is doing. I really enjoyed having her take care of our order.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a whopper jr and a bbq bacon whopper Jr. There was no bacon on tge bbbq bacon Jr, and the whopper jr had a fly in it. When I tried to call on the phone, he acted like he couldn't hear me and hung up. When I tried to call back, no one answered the phone. I tried calling back 5 min later and still no answer. Afterward, she returned to the restaurant to address the issue, but upon entering, she stood there for about 7-8 minutes without being acknowledged or asked if she needed assistance. The supervisor repeatedly glanced in her direction but continued to ignore her. Eventually, she brought the burnt sandwich to his attention, yet he offered no apology and didn’t engage with her. Instead, he simply turned away and went back to bagging food. After a further 3-4 minutes of waiting, he finally refunded her money without so much as a word or acknowledgment. This was by far the worst fast food experience I've ever encountered. We will never dine at Burger King again. I believe you should be aware of...

I placed an online order for drive through pick up, after waiting in a 20 minutes line outside I was told at the window that my order had to be picked up inside. When I told them it was a drive through specific order they told me I had to come in anyway. I’m medically disabled due to my knees so this was quite the annoyance. After parking the only doors near the parking lot were closed and locked even with people inside and I was forced to go all the way around the building. Entering, the entire lobby area was filled with smoke for some reason and every surface including the counter and tables was sticky. When I told the inside sttendant I had an online order he literally didn’t say one word... Ver carta
