The journey took a bit longer than expected, but the food was fresh and the staff were all very friendly.

The food was excellent, the staff were friendly, and the restaurant was clean. I enjoyed a lovely, relaxing lunch.

I still received the wrong order, even after I asked about it. I'm really disappointed—$30 worth of food that nobody wants to eat. I've been a cook for 30 years, and I know the importance of reading the ticket before assembling the food. Just a suggestion: please fine-tune your process and stay on top of things.

The staff at this restaurant really brightened my morning! I initially ordered a double stacker, but they suggested a bacon king instead, and it turned out to be even better! Maria, the cashier, was friendly and easy to talk to, and her smile created a welcoming atmosphere. This is the best Burger King I've visited since the '90s!

I wish I could give zero stars. My order is consistently incorrect, and the meat tastes artificial, almost like cardboard (specifically the white beef). They even tried to overcharge me by $20 for something I didn’t order. The manager is incredibly rude, and it’s upsetting to see how she treats her employees; they seem genuinely unhappy. They really need to return to the previous meat they used to offer and hire management that treats their staff with respect and dignity. Ver carta

We stopped by here on our way home from a vacation in big bend for some supper and found ourselves in the midst of another very irate customer who was being quite confrontational with the staff. The entire staff remained professional in the face of an impossible situation, prepared our food quickly and accurately and I cannot express enough how much our family emphasize with all the staff working there last night.Thank you so much to everyone there for doing what you do and doing it well.

I ordered through the app, showed up and sat the front counter for 5 minutes while the workers ignored me. Then a worker finally starts talking to me. I tell her that I have an app order and to talk to the person behind her putting drive through orders together. I wait and finally get that person's attention. They tell me to get back in line and tell the person at the front counter again. I wait in line again get to the front and she then takes my app order code and asks the back to START MAKING MY ORDER. I have to wait another 5 minutes to get my food. I don't understand what the point of ordering ahead through the app was. To top it all off, I get home and they messed up my order. Eat at l...

My Husband Whopper was cold We always order a special burger that way I know it comes out fresh we only ordered mayo, lettuce, and pickles and I ordered the original chicken sandwich with mayo, lettuce, mustard, and onions. The male on my sandwich was old like they had that burger sitting there for a bit, and they added the ingredients and it was cold and the bread. The bottom bun was hard and I called him and I called him and I called him and no one answered, and I didn’t even get a receipt. Did not give me a receipt. Proof of my purchase the only thing I have is the order receipt that came tagged on the bag and I asked My Husband how’s your whopper? He’s like it’s cold. The food was cold.... Ver carta
