Great for a burger. It's a dine-in experience do it yourself vibe.

Not very clean looking, employees were not very friendly, had to get up and go find condiments, nobody returned to check to see if we needed anything else. Very impersonable I feel like because you pay when you go in they have your money so that's that.

The style of the restaurant is cool. It was pretty clean except you can smell the bar when you walk about midway past it. (If you’ve ever worked at a bar, you know what I mean. The burgers were under seasoned, but the veggies fresh. Fries are good. Service is not great. Looks like a lot of ppl who don’t like their jobs. Ver carta

Food was absolutely amazing, was kinda sad when I was to full to finish my burger. It was our first time in and the service was great. They explained how to order and answered our menu questions. Staff is very personable and friendly. Parking: Free parking but the close spots are reserved for 30 minute shoppers for the plaza. Had to park way in the back.

I'm not a fan of the new self-service. I regret going over going to almost any of the nearby fast food drive thru. I'm tired if living in a country that thinks the new normal post COVID in regards to restaurant dining is either good service or good food. You rarely get both. COVID is no longer an excuse for the problems in restaurants. It's lack of leadership and accountability.

I sat at the bar and was quickly greeted with excellent service. I ordered the 96 dish and was thoroughly satisfied. The tots were crispy and alive, unlike the soggy ones you often find. I also tried a couple of draft beers, and they were great as well. Overall, I had a fantastic experience, especially considering it was a spontaneous choice while I was visiting from out of town. Ordered the Tennessee burger w tots white chocolate strawberry shake, absolutely delicious!! Our food was ready quickly and server was friendly, offered to help, asked if everything was okay, helped with refill and to go containers, our time of day was 4ish on Saturday, our only issue was parking, had to walk a little to get there. Vegetarian options: Veggie patty and impossible patty are options, one of us chose impossible without cheese, our vegan was pleased

We took our family of 6 here for lunch. Everyone absolutely loved their burgers, including my super picky about burgers hubby. Several of us ordered the classic cheeseburger, my husband ordered the Shroom and one of my sons ordered the Western. Several added a fried egg on top for a $2 up charge. The burgers are so tasty!!! And the prices are very reasonable for the quality of food you get. The fries and tater tots are both stellar!!! Definitely recommend this place.

I called in a take-out order at Burger Republic in Murfreesboro, and when I arrived, I found out that my order hadn’t been entered due to a mix-up with taking it over the phone. However, they assured me it would be ready in just six minutes, and it was! I really appreciated their honesty and the way they set my expectations. I didn’t mind waiting at all because of their transparency. When I encountered some issues using my gift card, the staff remained patient and helpful, aiding me with the transaction. Ultimately, it’s all about customer service, and Burger Republic excelled in that area. The Oreo milkshake was fantastic, and the pepperoni bites were amazing! Ver carta
