"1) If a key ingredient is present in a dish, such as nuts, it should be clearly stated on the menu or website for the safety of customers with allergies. 2) Given the potentially life-threatening nature of nut allergies, it is important for restaurants to be cautious and avoid cross-contamination, especially with gluten-free products. We had high hopes for Pellegrino's and made a special trip there based on good reviews, but we will not be returning after this incident. It was a disappointment and a mistake on our part."

"Best BBQ spot for hands down. The staff is very attentive and friendly. My wife and I mentioned the fact that it was our first time there, and they gave us banana puddin on the house as a welcome gift. Id never had banana pudding before, but WOW was sick to order that again. The BBQ was tender and juicy the Slav was light and brownish the BBQ beans were smokey and delicious even the fries and hush puppies were perfectly prepared. In addition, we have a sequence of fried pickles that was phenomenal. We will definitely come back!"

"Karen who was running the drive through made our day. She was so kind and her words so thoughtful. I’m sure she won’t remember us as it was a quick interaction but she left a lasting impression on us! I hope she will see this and know her positive energy and joy is infectious and so meaningful — anywhere would lucky to have her as an employee. Never have had such an kind and thoughtful drive though fast food experience. Thank you Karen!"

"The food is limited, and they have removed a lot of the buffet. They no longer do the buffet wings, and the buffet DOES NOT have custom pizzas that you can order; you can only have what they put out on THEIR choice. It is ridiculously overpriced for the subpar quality of pizza they provide. The salad bar is also ill-maintained; half of the options I put on my salad were stale or rotten. The croutons, for instance, were soft and had visible mold on them. The pizza bar is awful: the pizza is very greasy, and they do not seem to provide any alternate pizzas from what THEY decide to put out. We asked for a chicken pizza, as we are pollotarians, and we were denied that AND custom pizzas. The Mac and cheese they have is also oily, tasteless, and greasy. There was nothing for us to eat here. I entered the restaurant hungry, and I left hungry. If you value your money, time, or sanity: do NOT come here."

"This restaurant used to be fantastic; it was my grandparents' favorite spot to eat after church. Unfortunately, they've since stopped opening on Sundays, and the quality of the food has declined. Today, my grandpa ordered a hot dog while I opted for the Calabash shrimp po' boy. His hot dog was simply a bun with a hot dog, and my po' boy consisted of just bread and shrimp. We were informed that we would have to pay extra for condiments, which is disappointing. Basic condiments should be included, just like they used to be. I have no plans to return, and my grandpa mentioned he would rather dine at Jay Bee's or Cook Out from now on, so I doubt he will be back either."
