Plenty of veggies guacamole rice and amazing corn tortillas! Great lunch or dinner option for any vegans or vegetarians.

Was in Bellevue for a work trip and decided to stop here for dinner one night. I was surprised how tasty the food was. I started with some chips, salsa, and guacamole. I then had the brisket burrito. The burrito was seriously so good. Would highly recommend it. I got there around 5:30 pm and sat in the bar. It wasn't too busy, but there was a continuous flow of people as the time went on. Service was good and fast. Would recommend!

Always love going here. Always used Yelp to reserve your spot on the waitlist. And the list moves up quickly. Nice upbeat place to celebrate with your family and friends. Service is fast and attentive. Good menu with lots of traditional plus new options. Loved the chicken tamales which was a seasonal dish. I did find that they have cut down or portions. Chips and salsa too is paid. I still recommend this place though. It's my fav spot for Mexican American food ! Ver carta

I usually enjoy their quesadillas for lunch or dinner, but I recently discovered they have a brunch menu! The brunch menu is available every Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 2pm. As someone with a sweet tooth, I ordered the churro waffle and also tried the tres leches French toast and Migas, all of which were delicious. If you prefer savory options for brunch, I recommend trying the Migas. While I loved the French toast and churro waffles, be aware that they are on the sweeter side.

We had such a wonderful experience with our server CHRIS, he was so hardworking, he checked up on us often and you could see he really loves his job, he has such great customer service skills and I appreciate that and love to write about it when I see great service! Cactus is so lucky to have a server like him, he's passionate as to what he does and love his job! Keep up the great work Chris, you made our dining experience at cactus so much better!!! I hope people will recognize your skills also! I did!!!!

My first visit to this restaurant was fantastic. The food was excellent! Our server, Sam, was attentive but not overbearing, and made some great recommendations. We started with chips and salsa, which was fresh and just the right amount of spicy. The guacamole on the side was delicious. The Pableno Relleno I ordered was exceptional, and reminded me of my favorite dish at a restaurant in Bellevue called ZTejas. The Mexican Street Corn was messy but delicious, and the Baja Margarita with cucumber and jalapeños was satisfying and refreshing. The manager even gave us a flan for dessert as a thank you. Despite the over-saucing at this chain restaurant and the lackluster tequila choices, the food surpassed expectations with a chef who managed to elevate the basic Tex-Mex menu. The churrasco steak may not have been traditional, but the flavors were still enjoyable. However, the decision to put a steak knife in the refried black beans was not a good one, as the beans had a tar-like consistency. The chips were excellent, but the salsa fell short. The caipirinha cocktail was decent with muddled sugar and lime, though using simple syrup felt like a shortcut. Ya'll....this Texan has found the brisket mecca of the PNW....it was all I could do not to steal my parter's burrito and inhale it. It was sooooo flavorful and tender and by far the BEST I have had in the state. The drinks were fantastic--the tequila colada was lovely. Our server River was so friendly. The green enchiladas were good. But the star was the brisket in the burrito my partner got. The manager was very nice and sent a complimentary flan over and came by to say thanks. I was born and raised in Colorado and I have yet to find a place in Washington with what I consider true Mexican food. I consider Cactus Fusion Mexican . It 's not bad, but not authentic to me. Nevertheless, my family likes to eat there. We ordered the ancho chicken tacos, deep fried camarones (shrimp) tacos and the jalapeño shrimp grits. For appetizers we order the queso and the chips and salsa. Be aware that they do charge for each basket of chips. Tacos are good and standard (2 per order) and they come with rice and black beans.
