One of the best spots in the neighborhood! The food is consistently excellent, and you can't beat the value. Service was top-notch, and I enjoyed a fantastic dinner. Expect to spend around $30 to $50 per person.

We ate at Cafe Nini last night, june 16th, with friends and the fettuccini dishes both Bolognese and Carbonara were awful. We didn't say anything because we were guests of another couple that had selected the restaurant and were picking up the check. We didn't want o embarrass them. I had a fantastic experience! The food and ambiance were outstanding. The veal was particularly delicious. I took my mother with me, and she also loved the food and overall experience. Having traveled extensively throughout the country and in Europe, I consider myself somewhat of a food snob, but this restaurant exceeded my expectations! The prices are in line with what you would typically pay at a high-end Italian restaurant.

Great food! Very small place, yet a delightful dining experience. Service was very friendly, if slightly slow at times. I plan to dine there again. Recommended. We moved away from GPF a couple of years ago and really miss it. We always appreciated the family-friendly atmosphere and enjoyed sitting at the bar for lunch by myself or for a late dinner and drinks with my wife. The crowd is a fantastic mix of locals, and there are always plenty of laughs to be had. We loved being able to walk to and from our home in the M Streets. They also did an excellent job hosting our daughter's christening party. Ver carta

Incredible food, excellent service, and a fantastic atmosphere—this place has it all! We dined in for dinner, with an average price of $20–30 per person. Both the food and service were rated a perfect 5, and the ambiance was equally impressive. Highly recommended dishes include the famous homemade carrot cake, Pinot Grigio Friuli Bortoluzzi, Exotic Bomba, Eggplant Stack, Chicken Parmesan, Chicken Marsala, Tiramisu, Crispy Zucchini, and Bruschetta.

I really enjoyed the dirty martini here. The house Cabernet was just okay, I wouldn't order it again. The eggplant stack was delicious. The whitefish and sausage peppers were just okay. The carbonara was very delicious. It was definitely a carbonara sauce not buttered noodles. The tiramisu was amazing. As mentioned, it is a tiny place and the staff is working very hard. The food and wine were excellent. We ordered the fried Zucchini, some pasta and the grilled branzino. We think they forgot our order since we had to remind them after almost an hour that we hadn’t received our appetizers. They recovered very well after that rushing our order and comping our entire meal! Quite a class act! If you don’t get it right the first time, it’s all in the recovery after all!!
