"Honestly I only ever get the bingsu, the mango and strawberry (twice) to be specific but I definitely don't think it's worth the service. I'd rather get the shaved ice cream from Grace street which is right there and it's cheaper, which by the way I hate how they don't have the price on the menu. The waitress looks as if they have an attitude all the time and every time I went. We barely get a few minutes to settle down and already asking what we want. I don't know if it's the waitress but they are always changing the rules on dining in. First you had to buy drinks to dine in. Then everyone has to buy something to dine in. Let's just say it's all over the place. One time we asked if we can go upstairs to dine but they said it was for groups only which I get sure why not but then the next few customer who were only a pair were able to dine upstairs. Honestly if I can not tip anything I wouldn't have at least not for this service. They really need better workers if they already going include 18% tip. Would I go again? NO THANK YOU!"

This place has become way too pricey, and their menu options aren’t even that impressive. I mean, seriously? $9 for a dalgona latte and brown sugar bubble tea? What are they thinking?

I enjoyed the snowflake ice cream. I visited last week with a friend, and it was my first time trying it. I had been to this place for coffee two years ago, but I want to mention that the cashier was a bit unfriendly. Everything else, however, was great. Ver carta

Warning: No wifi. I'm disappointed. I asked a lady before ordering if I could work inside since different cafes operate differently during Covid times. She said yes. I then asked for the wifi, and I was notified by another employee that wifi is not available. I would have appreciated it if she told me this before I ordered : Nevertheless, the lady was kind.

The cakes look 10x better than how they taste. This is really REALLY not the place to come for cakes or a sweet treat. The cake is too hard and too sweet you don't enjoy it at all. The cake slices are also WAY TOO PRICEY. Especially given their low quality/taste. Save yourself some and if you want a good came in k-town just go to Paris Baguette/ Tous Les Jours.

The coffee here is excellent, but I can't give a high rating to any establishment that enforces the vaccination mandate. I strongly disagree with the mandate, and I believe that many businesses do as well. However, it will continue to exist as long as everyone follows it. I prefer to support local businesses, but I will be directing my spending towards places that prioritize the community rather than the government. Ver carta

This place was the first time I went to and I didn't like the experience and the ice cream/snow ice cream. I felt like I was being stared down most of the time by the cashier/waitress. I also felt like the snow ice cream was so expensive(21 dollars) for an average taste and did not feel like other snow ice cream I have tried before. We got our receipt right away as well when the dessert came out and when I saw it, it was pretty nasty. She circled the tip section of the receipt if I were force to give a 23% tip. Not going back.

Came here because the line for Grace Street was way too long. One cup of chamomile tea was around $4.50, when one teabag probably costs $0.20. Our total bill was nearly $30 because the new format of the cafe is that we must be waited on instead of ordering straight from the counter. I understand being charged a little more due to the location, but service was also eh. Took 15 minutes to be served and it took 20 minutes to get my credit card back after paying the bill. Mind you, it was not super crowded when we went in. Bathrooms don't lock and are not cleaned well or at all. Unfortunately the high foot traffic in the area is one of the only factors keeping this location open

"We went to Bread N Wine on a early Saturday afternoon for brunch. We were greeted and seated by the servers who were attentive. The food was okay the bread was really soft and fresh. My partner got the French Lentil Soup, Spinach and Tomato Egg Bake andI got the French onion soup, egg omelette with spicy tomato avocado and onions. I wasn 't happy with my omelette because thespicy just meant it was covered in hot sauce within. For beverages, we got chai lattes (we later found out it wasn 't tea basedbut rather coffee) and we had the option of oat milk, almond milk or regular milk. In terms of our overall experience we feltby the end too many things were steering the experience south; the worst was when we were accused of using counterfeit money topay for the tip. There was no special marker used to prove that the money was counterfeit or technology to back up this claim. That experience alone left a bad taste in our mouth as we left embarrassed by that claim, kind of shook from that, we stilladded the tip to our credit card 18%. As we walked out and talked about how weird that was, the owner of the business nextdoor overheard us and asked to see the $20 bill he showed us that our money was real and validated what we knew, that themoney wasn 't counterfeit. When we went back into Bread N Wine to discuss this there was no apology, just well, it felt thatway , shrug. It left a terrible feeling. We would not go back after that, this is not how you treat customers from start tofinish, hence the 2 star review."
