Calico - Carta

We loved the atmosphere on the porch. The kids had a great time on the lawn while waiting for dinner. The food and service were great. The prices reasonable.

Great variety of salads, many pizza and pasta options. Big unique feature is the open field between Calico and the Q for kids to run and play games, soccer and other balls provided!

The wait staff was friendly and quick but not overly eager. Just the right mix. Pizza was great and service was efficient. And the outside patio was a perfect touch to end the evening. Look forward to coming back. Ver carta

You can't beat the fact that they have a huge lawn where the kids can run around while you eat in peace....The food was fantastic and the portions are normal. The bruschetta was to die for and so was the scampi. A+

Calico never disappoints. Nice Italian menu, great service, good beer and wine selection, and tasty food. Generally it is fairly quiet inside, but when crowded it is energetic. Every meal we have had tastes great and you always get fine service.

This is likely our favorite spot whenever we visit Jackson. It never disappoints! We ordered lasagna, filet mignon, chicken parmesan, spaghetti and meatballs, and pizza, and we cleaned our plates completely! If you enjoy Italian cuisine, this is definitely a must-visit place! Ver carta

The food was excellent, but the service was severely lacking due to being understaffed. It was almost to the point where I considered getting up and leaving. There was only one waitress covering the entire bar area, but she was very friendly whenever she was able to attend to us.

Service was pleasant, however the kitchen did not get my order right and I was unable to eat it. The rest of my friends were finished with their meal by the time my corrected order arrived. My husband asked them to remove the charge from our bill, which they promptly did. Decent food and a friendly atmosphere make this worth coming back to. Note: not a vegan-friendly restaurant.

Ugh so good. You even have the option to upgrade your dish with freshly handmade pasta. However since I got the lasagna, I was not able to do so, but I'm okay with this since it was still so good. I also got the Hummingbird dessert and it was well done, so tasty. They have a nice wine list as well, it isn't exorbitantly priced either- the one we got retails for $30, here sells it for $45 a bottle, so not bad price wise. Service was good especially considering how short staffed they were. Our poor waiter did his absolute best even though he had probably at least 10 tables to himself, and the hostess was helping to bus tables. So glad we stopped here tonight. Ver carta
