"I went to Camaje for lunch on Friday, December and I was running a little late as my train arrived minutes late from South Jersey. I was very hungry when I arrived and Matthew, the server, gave us some nice crusty French bread to nibble on. I was sold from the first bite. I ordered the Roasted Chicken Sandwich which was also served on the same tasty French bread along with piping hot pommes frites. I was in heaven as I love hot potatoes. For an appetizer, I had wild mushroom toast which was served on buttery toasted bread. The lunch ended with flourless chocolate cake served along with a scoop of raspberry sorbet, a very nice refreshing touch to a very enjoyable lunch. It was worth the trip from South Jersey. I will definitely come again. Matthew was the best and very attentive."

I came on a date here with my girlfriend and we both ordered the hangar steak and it was delicious. The table was candle lit which made it quite romantic. It is also not too expensive. Ver carta

We had reservations and waited for minutes before being seated. We sat for another minutes, and never even received water. Unfortunately there was only one worker who was waiter, bus boy, host, and bartender. We eventually left and went to another restaurant.

Very good standard French bistro. The duck fat popcorn and crab dip are a nice warm-up while waiting for main course. The duck breast with potatoes were good, I would have preferred with a little sweeter sauce but the star of the night for us was the Lamb Tagine over cous cous. Next trip we want to try the crepes.

It was the worst service I had at a restaurant to date. Took them minutes to come back and tell me that they didn't have any more lamb which I had ordered, then about min later I asked where our food was and the guys said seconds. Coming out now and of course it took another more minutes. Would not recommend this place Ver carta

There was only one server, I doubt he was even a regular waiter. He stated that the sister did not show up, yet he continued to take customers, at one point the Chef came out to clear tables. It took minutes just to get water. The salad was wilted, the crepes were good , but cold. After min, he paid the bill and skipped desert. One of the worse dining experiences I've had!

Excellent little restaurant serving authentic and affordable French cuisine. The duck is superb as are the appetizers. The restaurant has a really good happy hour with a lot of options and affordable wines. The service is fantastic as the waiters and owner make you feel comfortable and cater to your every need. I'd highly recommend for an intimate setting (this is not a lively place so know that before you go).

"We went to Bread N Wine on a early Saturday afternoon for brunch. We were greeted and seated by the servers who were attentive. The food was okay the bread was really soft and fresh. My partner got the French Lentil Soup, Spinach and Tomato Egg Bake andI got the French onion soup, egg omelette with spicy tomato avocado and onions. I wasn 't happy with my omelette because thespicy just meant it was covered in hot sauce within. For beverages, we got chai lattes (we later found out it wasn 't tea basedbut rather coffee) and we had the option of oat milk, almond milk or regular milk. In terms of our overall experience we feltby the end too many things were steering the experience south; the worst was when we were accused of using counterfeit money topay for the tip. There was no special marker used to prove that the money was counterfeit or technology to back up this claim. That experience alone left a bad taste in our mouth as we left embarrassed by that claim, kind of shook from that, we stilladded the tip to our credit card 18%. As we walked out and talked about how weird that was, the owner of the business nextdoor overheard us and asked to see the $20 bill he showed us that our money was real and validated what we knew, that themoney wasn 't counterfeit. When we went back into Bread N Wine to discuss this there was no apology, just well, it felt thatway , shrug. It left a terrible feeling. We would not go back after that, this is not how you treat customers from start tofinish, hence the 2 star review."
