"The restaurant is situated next to one of the biggest wine grower and producer in central Italy, Moncaro. Needless to say the view from the restaurant is stunning with the beautiful and well kept vineyards and the dramatic landscape only Le Marche can offer. The menu is a combination of traditional and innovative ingredients and very precise and well thought cooking. Every dish sounds appealing but I recommend to ask the staff for suggestions, everyone was very professional and knowledgeable about the food and I did enjoy every recommendation I have been given. My stand out dish was the Cod with chickpea purée and chicory but all the others were excellent too. A very big thank you to Sara and Pasquale who made sure everything was just perfect for our dinner there. Definitely a restaurant I would suggest to everyone especially for a romantic dinner or a special occasion."

"After a couple of years, I returned to the dining area for professional reasons. restaurant, with possibility to eat outside, located a few km from chestnut. Lunch menu. choice between the first, the second and the side with possibility of an a la carte menu. quick/good service, local at hand, no complete stop. Good, good. a single little note. definitely, but understandable, after blocking period pandemic prices will certainly be read increased, but there is. 1st contour, coffee 15. euro. I recommend to those who pass. Bye."

"we met this farm through the fork, and honored last night our first dinner in this lovely place. recent and curated structure. very kind staff. we took a great tartar and two very soft cutting edges. then roast potatoes. honest prices regardless of the discount applied the fork. recommended and we will return to get the other dishes. I don't think the fork pays. soon.compliments to management!"

"local of other times where time seems a bit to have stopped. a single huge living room, with long tables for a restaurant suitable for lunches and family holidays but with a good number of even smaller tables for singles and couples. simple and lively atmosphere, the existence of a single salon and often numerous tables creates an inevitable buzz that seems to be part of the furniture and the very essence of the room. the food is just as sketchy and homemade: well-made cuisine served in adequate portions (the first dishes also on the abundant) without frills or refinements. contained prices, well related to the simplicity and familiarity of the environment, and that therefore make to appreciate even more some 'touches' such as the cloth equipment with candid tablecloths, sympathy, attention, speed of staff, good respect for the attentions of the covid era, such as the service of the Parmesan for the first dishes in sealed monodose sachets or that of the bread that arrives to the table 'sigilated'. the menu is illustrated to me, so I choose without knowing the prices: gnocchi with hare ragù, mixed fried meat, pasteled vegetables, half bottle of qualified branded mineral and a quarter of verdicchio with a total final account of euro. all dishes were more than good. valid."

"Vi chiederete: perché così tant’è stelle? Perché le mie aspettative non sono state deluse. Ho trovato quello che immaginavo ad un prezzo equo ed un servizio impeccabile. Oggi giorno non credo sia poco. Prima domenica “gialla” dopo Natale e tutti i ristoranti blasonati e non della costa sono tutti pieni. Presi dallo sconforto iniziamo a visionare altri locali dell’entroterra. La mia compagna mi suggerisce il SiBi Bistrot e senza alcun controllo chiamo prenotando un tavolo per due persone. Solo dopo ho visitato il loro sito. Il locale e’ di fronte alla stazione ed è pulitissimo. Il servizio, vorrei ripetermi, è stato di una cortesia e gentilezza incredibili. Menu’ tipico rivisitato con una cura per i particolari. Il conto è più che equo: rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale. Ovvio, si tratta di un locale che non ha nulla a che fare con quelli stellati che ho recensito, ma a me è piaciuto, veramente tanto. Complimenti! Un’ultima annotazione: le sedie sono di una comodità indescrivibile. Ero tentato di chiedergli dove le avessero acquistate. In un locale due stelle Michelin dovevo alzarmi ogni 15-20 minuti perché le sedie erano scomodissime. Quelle del SiBi Bistrot sono fantastiche."
