"Went there tonight with a mobile order and waited over 15 minutes in line for someone to take my name. When I got to the front to have my name taken, it was apparently shift change or a break, neither employee acknowledged me or said anything to me, they talked with each other, but not me. Then waited in the drive thru lane only to be told to pull around to the front and wait for my food, others behind me passed me with their orders. When they finally came out with my order they forgot one of the meals. They told me that my order was being made fresh and would be hot... by the time I waited for the missing meal, my food was cold. I then waited again while the manager was sent back to retrieve items again missing from my order. Staff was rude and dismissive. Management was 0 help. I won't be going back to this location and won't be recommending it to anyone."

"We usually have a great experience. But today not so good. The waiter was rude and flat out didn’t want to wait on a black large table. We were told by the server we had to sit at the front of the restaurant instead of the table we originally had per the host stand. The waiter basically declined the host stand there original plan when she saw us. She tried to say they had a larger table of 13 that had to sit in her section. Mind you we waited a hour to be sat. No Table of 13 walked in the entire time we were there. I walked to the back several times to check. Clearly the waiter didn’t want us in her section. The manager on duty Challenging the customer instead of finding a resolution. Nayomi was great I hope she enjoyed the tip and her service was awesome and most appreciated. The host stand were great and they attempted to be helpful ! The waiter that didn’t want us lost out on a big tip. The manager on duty needs to go to leadership training period."

"These are the best hotdogs I have had in a long time. The chili and slaw were perfect and the fries were great too- they have both crinkle cut and fresh cut options! I couldn't pick a favorite, I loved them all! My husband tried a burger and also gave it two thumbs up. We were just passing through but wish we lived closer, it was worth the detour to Lugoff. There is a cat that roams outside but it didn't bother us, it just adds to the character of the place."

"Ive eaten at just about every San Jose in SC. Along with plenty hole in the wall joints. This is not your standard San Jose. No lunch specials on Saturday, what? never ever seen that. So switch to combination plate. No bean and rice standard with combinations? Wow that was a shock. Gotta pay extra, no way I must be dreaming. Now for the food, I don't want to get race too evolved but Im white and love good Mexican food and I know San Jose is americanized but this was so bland it was truly made for white white people. When we asked for hot sauce it came in half ounce cup and three of us were supposed to share? Look if you love make believe Mexican food it's the place for you but if you want the real thing, keep driving."

"This restaurant is fantastic; I really enjoy the chicken and burgers. However, I wish the baskets came with drinks included. Additionally, they should inform customers that the BBQ sauce is mustard-based. I’m not a fan of mustard, and it was the most unappetizing thing I've ever tasted. My husband spent $30 on two mustard-based BBQ sandwiches and drinks."
