"The food was great. I really like the flavor and taste of the wimpy burger. My problem may not be an issue or maybe not even be something to bring up. But it bothered me, so I am. I was waiting in the car and my husband went to pick up our order and dropped the soda the moment he turned to walk away. yes we only had ordered one) The girl at the window didn’t offer another one, actually she said not one word, but turned and walked away. Now I know it was his own clumsiness for the drink dropping and she’s not obligated to give him another But she could of at least asked if he wanted to order another . I just feel like Customer Service needs some improvement."

"I love the food. Never gotten the chance to visit the actual restaurant but have ordered food from here several times and it's never a disappointment. My favorite dish here (and my baby's) is the mixed pasta with white sauce. So freaking delicious. I would recommend it to anyone. It's so good. I've ordered it several times. I've also ordered the El Mexicana pizza. Delicious. One of the best pizzas I've had. Also have had the asada fries and chicken marsala. Both dishes are delicious as well. Never had a bad experience. Great food, every time."

"I waited in line at Jack in the Box, with 11 cars in front of me, all the way out of the parking lot before finally ordering. After sitting in the same spot for fifteen minutes without moving, I called the restaurant to address the issue. The person I spoke with was very rude and seemed indifferent to my concerns. In my opinion, it's important for the restaurant to make changes in the way they handle their drive-thru, especially during busy nights when customers are placing large orders. For example, McDonald's efficiently manages their drive-thru by not allowing cars to stack up on the lot. If a customer has a large order that will cause a delay for other customers, they are asked to wait in a designated parking spot until their order is ready. This keeps the line moving smoothly. I ended up waiting a total of twenty minutes without seeing any progress, while other customers behind me also decided to leave. Whoever is in charge at Jack in the Box needs to start paying more attention to their operations and make necessary improvements. I will not be returning anytime soon if they do not address the issues with their drive-thru system."

"This is the best Taco Bell I’ve been to in a long time! The place was clean, everyone was doing their part, and the food was fantastic! It was served quickly and tasted just as it should. It definitely puts the Taco Bell in my city to shame. I must mention Linda, the person who took my order. She greeted me warmly, communicated clearly, and handled my order with impressive speed and efficiency. If she’s not a manager, she definitely should be!"

"I went there yesterday. Over all I just didn't like the service. I was very hungry when I got there and they never took my order till about 30min it was not packed as all. Had to ask for some chips because they never brought them. The food was good though. Oh and they never ask if I needed a refill and I'm a big soda drinker. Over all I didn't leave a tip because I left Hella thirsty Meal type: Dinner"
