"I dined at Carpaccio last Saturday and was extremely disappointed with the food. I had high hopes for what I thought would be authentic Italian cuisine. I ordered the black red snapper, and it was so bad that it brought back some unpleasant memories. I even took the leftovers home, hoping it would taste better the next day, but it didn’t. To make matters worse, there were fish scales still on the snapper. Yes, actual scales! How gross is that? My husband was also let down by his chicken parm. Honestly, how do you mess up chicken parm? This is the first time I’ve felt the need to write a restaurant review, but I felt it was necessary in this case. I can't believe I wasted $68.87 here—it would have been better to just toss the money in the trash. The food at Carpaccio is just terrible. I would recommend avoiding it altogether. It’s really disappointing to encounter something like this at a restaurant!"

I visit Carpaccio's more than anywhere else. I ordered the blackened red snapper again, and it was excellent. Everything I've tried there has been exceptional. I can't wait to return!

"Went to the ice cream shop that is located inside. The young lady was extremely rude to my children. My child went up to complain about something being in her ice cream and was dismissed. When I tried to address it with the owner he came up with the great excuse that she was young and he had to teach her. If that’s the case, don’t have her working with customers until you feel she’s ready. We are frequents here but that is changing as of today."

"The zucchini sticks and rice pudding were fantastic. I loved the gyro sauces, but some people in my group who aren't fond of herbs found them just okay. The lamb and chicken had great flavor, although they were a bit dry by the time they arrived. Overall, the taste was above average, but nothing spectacular. I would definitely order from here again, and the service was quick!"

"Greeted, seated, attended to on a Friday night w/ reservation 6:30p . It was suggested from the kitchen to try an appetizer Off menu 5 star “I rate it 5 star off the charts “ paired with a scrumptious port. Main entree was delectable met with great anticipation and did not disappoint. Cocktails prior to dinner arrived promptly overall service was excellent. The new owner knows what he is doing. I strongly recommend this restaurant in general most especially for dinner."

"We saw the episode from DDD over the weekend. If you want the meat market just go in the side entrance. The pizzeria is in the front. They do have a very small parking lot on the side street (3 spots). It's a very popular place that has about 6 tables in the back. For grub, we shared the antipasto bread that comes with marinara sauce. Plus a wrap called dolly's chicken salad. While we waited for our order noticed that they have two rather large refrigerators with prepackaged meals, bone broth and slices of desserts. If the pistachio ricotta cheese cake is available, do try it. Over the years I've written many DDD reviews. We were in the area and just couldn't resist another. Service was good. If you're looking for very good comfort food and in the area of South Bound Brook do check this place out."
