they have the best Mexican baked and guacamole. the service is wonderful and I always feel welcome. the art on the walls is great.

the tres leches should die. also the steak and barbacoa burritos are the two best burritos I have ever had. really good ingredients and hearty portions.

The burrito at this restaurant is of great quality and delicious, with generous portions and just the right amount of seasoning. The salsa was a bit too spicy for my taste, but it didn't detract from the overall amazing experience. Ver carta

What a treasure . I hope this place stays around for years to come. Get Latino pastries, a cup of Mexican hot chocolate or a cappuccino and drink in hand-painted, large replicas of Frida Khalo. Well-lit and beautiful space. Bathroom is clean and pleasant, too.

the food is great... authentic sauces and super variety on breakfast lunch and dinner. the owner has other restaurants with different names around town but he does three things consistently. the artwork is always incredible, he has a frieda khalo theme with amazing replicas of her work on the walls. his restrooms are fabulous. and the food is ¡mâs rico!!!

Mexican food for gringos. My fish taco was awful. Mostly fried flour and little fish, devoid of flavor. The lime and the green sauce I put on it after tasting it helped it a tiny bit bit still was mostly cabbage and fried flour. My husband had the vegetarian plate and it was just as flavorless. I was born and raised in Mexico so I know that there are plenty of tasty Mexican veggie dishes but none were here. Ver carta

I can't keep this place a secret any longer! I need to try more dishes from the menu because the carnitas burritos are simply amazing and I can't get enough. Every dish I've tried has been delicious, especially the bread pudding. They offer a variety of options, including high-quality espresso. The atmosphere and layout of the restaurant are great, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The service is top-notch and the kitchen is fast. Seriously, one of the best dining experiences I've had.

I’ve been driving by this place for several years and this is the first time I visited. I’m kicking myself for not coming in sooner. I had the breakfast burrito and a cup of coffee. Both were excellent.The burrito had creamy eggs and a lot of crema. It was very moist, which prefer, and the flour tortillas was soft and tender. My only criticism is that the salt wasn’t there to my liking. But hey, to each his own. I just added salt at the table.I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back.

Magic Mole! The seasoning blend stands out with the mole they use. Hints of cinnamon and cloves are noticeable. The flautas, which were smothered in this delectable mole sauce, were the highlight of our lunch today. Casa Latina Bakery is a hidden gem in Berkeley. The staff is always friendly and inviting. There is plenty of space but there is always a buzz in the air. Be sure to check out the display of delicious baked goods on the wall! You'll definitely be coming back for more. The handmade cream cheese on the Danish pastry is simply irresistible! Ver carta
