Cask Cork - Carta

The service, the food, the atmosphere were all very pleasing. We will return.

On We drove from Augusta, GA to Vancouver, BC — Cask Cork was by far our favourite restaurant on our journey.

we looked after our needs, which he was friendly and friendly and went beyond and beyond in the service. we had a lovely family dinner and the meat-leaved and braided ribs and cookies were amazing!

Wes was the gentleman who served us dinner. His service was outstanding. He made the experience awesome. The food was terrific as well. Recommend the Shrimp Diablo, Street Corn Dip, Meatloaf, Flatbread pizza's all excellent.

I have always enjoyed Cask and Cork, but I was quite disappointed during my most recent visit. I brought some guests with me for dinner, and three of us ordered the bison steak, requesting it to be cooked very rare. Unfortunately, all of our steaks arrived overcooked, dry, and tough. Additionally, the potatoes were also dry and overcooked. The service was decent but not exceptional; our server was polite and respectful, though not very friendly. Ver carta

This was a fantastic Birthday splurge!! They have high end items but also things like burgers and sandwiches to keep you on budget. The ambience was great, we sat at the high top tables on the enclosed patio and it was really neat to see out above everything. We had a steak, which my husband said was in the top 10 steaks he has had and I had the braised short ribs, that were fall off the bone tender (but could have used some more sauce). Our waiter was fantastic, he was busy but attentive and kind...even after a very rude customer was bothering him. We took a peak at their brunch menu and will be back to try that soon...this is a must try restaurant for everyone!

We arrived at 615 for our 630 reservation for a party of six. We were seated by 625 and put in an order for an appetizer and drinks to start. Appetizer arrived soon thereafter so far, so good. Things started to go sideways shortly thereafter. All drinks but one eventually were served at 640 but an espresso martini didn’t make it to the table til about 655 almost thirty minutes after being ordered. The food we ordered NEVER arrived. We left after waiting on it until 745, as we had an event at 800 on the other side of town. Our server, Max, I believe, was apologetic and had been attentive with water service, etc., but made no effort to comp anything. The manager never spoke to us offering apol...

We got there around 4:15 Friday afternoon the 6th of Jan. We went upstairs and sat down at the bar. I believe our servers name was Caliegh (sp? and she was fantastic. When my wife and I come into Cask and Cork we like to take our time and enjoy the evening and Caliegh was perfect for us. She stayed on top of everything even though she took care of the entire dining room as well as the two of us at the bar. We had each of the specials. My wife had the swordfish and I had the steak and they were brilliant. The drink suggestions that we were provided were perfect. If there is a criticism it would have to be the Crème Brûlée. This desert is to be a custard with a sugar top that you have to punch... Ver carta
